This is what's left of the blueberry pie we bought. It didn't have a chance.

Very nice place with a crazy variety of sodas are displayed along the counter. Michael who I believe is the owner of the bakery was VERY helpful and a cool person. He went as far as bringing us a fresh loaf of 3 cheese bread which was delicious by the way. We also bought a couple of fresh baked pie from him. One blueberry and a pecan that were also really good with just the right amount of sweetness. So if you're ever in the Cloudcroft New Mexico area stop by and get yourself some delicious fresh baked goods. Thank you again Michael for making our experience a great one.

The best pies in Cloudcroft. We stumble into this little bakery in town and saw some folks eating some incredible apple carmel walnut pies with some chocolate on top! Apparently locals rave about this pies; so, we tried several including the pecan pie and the old fashioned apple. It is homemade, fresh and with a rich consistency. Also well balanced in terms of vanilla and sugar the pie crust crumbles with deliciousness in your mouth. The place also has some decent burritos and some chocolate croissants. The owners are super cool and kind, which means that their service is personalized, friendly and great! The ambiance is rustic, welcoming in a woody mountain like environment.

Amazing pie shop! If you are in Cloudcroft this is the go-to place for dessert. I ordered the "fruits of the forrest" pie and my boyfriend chose the pecan pie. The crust on both was perfect - flakey and buttery with a bit of crispiness. While I am not usually a huge pecan pie fan, the filling in the pie my boyfriend ordered was the best I've had. If we lived closer I would definitely be coming by all the time!

Such a cute little spot in cloudcroft. They had a nice assortment of treats as well as a full coffee menu. The person behind the register was super kind and helpful. Brownie was super soft and rich. I'll be back here for sure!

You've heard of no shirt no service... We had on shirts but we didn't get no service true! So I can't do a review for yelp because we decided with the dead energy we were going to move on down the road and go elsewhere. Just about us thrilled to be there as a fly on the wall!

What else can I ask for when I get to town in a nice rainy day. The coffee is so good and I didn't want that moment to end. The staff was nice and gave us some good recommendations and even explained the science of foam at this altitude. Parking is plentiful when you're downtown and the walk afterwards is just made better when you have one of these in your hands to go along with the view. I always stop by here when I am in town and gets my day started. Counting down the days after I leave to come back. Provecho!

We were going through Cloudcroft on our way from White Sands to Carlsbad Caverns and stopped for a little treat. We were greeted with a friendly hi when we walked in. We already had coffee in the car, although the ones they offered sounded yummy. It was a hard decision to choose the sweet pastries we wanted out of the nice variety they had. Scones, humongous cinnamon rolls, cookies, several flavors of pie, etc. We chose a chocolate croissant and a strawberry/cheese danish. Both were delightful... Flaky and lightly iced, with the sweet flavorful fillings inside. They had a little sitting area if you wanted to eat there, as well as a small gift shop with souvenirs of the town.

We drove to Cloudcroft a couple of days ago to show off our local area to my wife's brother and wife. While there we bought a bear claw and an apple cinnamon pastry to take home for next morning's breakfast. We also bought a pint of Mayhaw Jelly. Everything was delicious.

Had a warm cinnamon roll and a latte - both were excellent. The young man behind the counter was friendly and had a good sense of humor.

Friendly service, great pie crust, very good coffee, and just a cool atmosphere in a little Ski town. If ever in Cloudcroft you should go.

Great pastries, lattes, and nice service. Don't leave without trying a piece of pie. I highly recommend the maple almond apple pie.

It was good, but my God it was salty lol I was a bit sad in the amount of anchovies that were on the pizza as well. Was hoping for a good amount Had a mead before the meal that was tasty as well, just not a fan of the half pour, since it's treated like a wine. My friend got the 3 taco plate. She loved it. Lot of meat on tacos, very tender, & really juicy. She liked the option between the 2 sauces for her chips. SERVICE- The bartender did a great job though. Very attentive to EVERYONE in her area. The door girl was the opposite lol maybe a bad day for her, idk, but just a lack of giving a F, if you know what I mean haha AMBIANCE- Nice. A pretty awesome patio too. Front room is a bit crowded though, since the bar is very small. Lot of room in the back though for eating, & then the connected distillery has plenty of room for the drinkers

We were visiting family in the area and decided to go here again. This time was a DISASTER of an…read moreexperience. The pizzas are still good. We had Coreys Fav and the Sweet and Spicy, both were really great. Flavors are good and the crust is nice. Seating wasn't bad, weather was great for a late June day, the large doors were open in the seating area, a nice breeze blowing. ... some really nice ambience. Where this goes horribly south is the LARGE automatic gratuity that they decided to impose on us because we had 7 adults and 1 infant at the same table, even tho we came in 3 separate groups and paid as 3 separate groups. 20% they wanted to charge us, not the state define 15%. Both of which I think is both unethical and not right in any way, as a gratuity is supposed to be based on the level of service received and not as an automatic supplement because the business doesn't want to pay the employees adequate wages. The service we received WAS NOT worth anywhere near even the 15% the state recommends. The server takes the order, and delivers the order, the same as any fast food chain. We had to get our own water and drinks. They don't stop to ask if we want anything else, refills, more cider/beer, desert, NOTHING! Yet they want to auto bill a gratuity of 20% for services that are NOT rendered. We did talk to the server, and he said that's how it was and there was nothing he could do. So we asked for the manager. She finally came and said she could remove it but it would take a while. However, all she did was provide a discount to lower the price to "compensate" for the gratuity, which wasn't a total discount, as it was still 88 cents more than the original bill, AND the auto gratuity was still in the bill! Ok, guess who didn't get any extra tips. So this server got his normal hourly rate, we were there roughly an hour, as well as an additional $30 + in auto gratuity to simply take an order and have someone else deliver it, he did absolutely nothing else for us to earn that level of gratuity. Keep in mind, we were NOT a group of 8 as the small print on the menu states. This was very aggravating and very unprofessional.
