I am not sure if he had a falling out with my general contractor or what, but the lack of response is totally disrespectful. When they are collecting your money, Rullie plumbing is happy to respond to your inquiries and requests. Once the job is done, do not expect any customer service whatsoever - even though they say that they guarantee their work for 12 months.

When we tell him what our problem is he is thoughtful and holistic, and helps find the root cause, so he can do the right fix. His work is always prompt, and reasonably priced. John installed a water pressure booster for us, which he took the extra steps to situate for me in a way that I could frame it into a closet some day. John also did an excellent installation of an indirect hot water tank. One of the things I appreciate most about John is his willingness to work with or around me on my DIY projects. I redid our guest bathroom a few years ago, and once I'd got the room down to the studs, John came in and helped me rip out the old tub and install the new one, as well as the toilet and sinks. Similarly, when I was replacing a toilet only to discover that the flange connecting to the floor under the old toilet was destroyed, John came in and finished the project that had become beyond my skill set. Overall, we are really happy with John, and don't hesitate to call him for any of our plumbing issues.

When it was actually inspected by city enforcement, the work was such poor quality that city inspectors refused to write up a repair report. Cody owes me over $4000 for having to pay for a different electric contractor to come in and fix the hack job that was performed on my property. I've been in construction and buying a selling homes for 30 years. this is by far the worst subcontractor I've ever used in my professional career. The first time I've had to file a small claims lawsuit on a subcontractor for being so unprofessional and refusing to pay me back the money he scammed from me.

After weeks of sending Bolivar plumbing several emails, multiple Voicemails, calls and texts to their emergency line, we have still not gotten any response. We are deciding to pay the labor cost to have this replaced by another company. It's unfortunate that the equipment Bolivar plumbing recommended to us failed so quickly, and they seem to have intentionally ghosted us so as not to deal with the issue.

Mike and his team are extremely unprofessional: a regular seasonal oil furnace tune-up turn into a situation that that the system is not working for both cooling and heating, for a week in May when the temperature went as high as 93, and as low as 44. Both cooling and heating worked just fine before the "tune-up". It is a rental property (and Mike knows it beforehand). I received zero phone call and communication from them after they left the "tune-up", with both cooling and heating off. I only knew about it later when the tenant complained to me, on a 93-degree day without cooling. Called Mike multiple times, who said he's on another job, because "everyone wants cooling" - hey, not that I want you back, you folks are the one who left my cooling off on a 93-degree day. They finally came back to fix the cooling later, but left AGAIN without fixing the heating, and the worst part is they left the panel of the furnace opened, and the high-pressure oil pipe loosed!!! This could easily be a hazard and lawsuit, especially my tenant has young kids (and I now know all these as I eventually have to call in another technician to come and fix everything). Again, no phone call, no communication to me after they left this second time, and again I only know this after the tenant messaged me. This time, Mike refused to answer any phone call, voice mail, text messages for multiple days - took things apart and disappear, GONE, just like that.
