Highly recommend! Their communication was prompt and services were very affordable. Two gentlemen arrived a little ahead of schedule today (they called ahead to make sure this was ok) and promptly removed the dressers I needed to get rid of. I had some last-minute add-ons, including a full size bed (mattress, boxspring and all), and they were so flexible despite the late notice. They were able to give me an accurate price estimate on the spot and very efficiently got the job done. I was especially appreciative of the care they took to wear masks and distance themselves whenever possible, and they were even considerate enough to ask if I wanted them to take off their shoes when entering the apartment. They helped me in more ways than I at first imagined. I already removed as much real trash, or at least what I thought was trash compared to the furniture, tools and some electronics I had that were less than 4 years old. I thought since the stuff was mostly in pristine condition that they might be able to donate it or sell it for cash for themselves. They were very fast and efficient because all they had to do was back their truck to right below the second floor balcony and toss everything in from there. I guess junk is junk, but they did find a few small items they liked for themselves at least. read more

Nicely done, Busby! I had a mammoth 355 pound treadmill that needed to be removed from our 4th floor apartment via our elevator. This required some disassembly, which the Busby guys took care of. Within 30 minutes, the treadmill was out at the agreed-upon price--I couldn't be more pleased! The guys from Busby were friendly and helpful, with a positive, can-do attitude. I appreciated that Busby does accept credit cards, and that they deducted $10 from the bill because I scheduled online (which was also a convenient option). They also let me know that I'll receive a 10% discount in the future. I will definitely be using Busby again, and will be happy to recommend them to my friends when they need junk removal assistance. Wow. I had a patio made of concrete pavers and some old picnic furniture left at the house I moved into. Called Busby, made an appointment, took maybe 3 minutes to be scheduled and get a quote for prices. (Concrete is priced differently than general rubish...totally reasonable) Guys showed up, on time. I usually do not leave reviews but feel the experience with this company deserves one. From the scheduling to communication to the actual removal the experience was flawless. The team called and arrived at my location before scheduled, was able to access the job and give a fair estimate. Once they got started the job was completed in a little over an hour. I had my doubts that they would be able to get it all in one load. There was definitely careful thought in how to best stack the load and they were able to remove it all! The crew wore masks, social distanced and followed Covid protocols. They were referred to me by my brother in-law. Josh & his helper worked so hard, did not stop and filled two truckloads. They were polite and Josh gave me advice about some materials they were not able to take. We called Busby Junk Removal to take out an 8 man hot tub. It was a tough job but two employees came out to our house actually 10 minutes early and worked steadily until the job was done. They were friendly, very efficient and Covid prepared with masks. Afterwards they cleaned up the work site which we really appreciated. I can't remember how I found out about Busby a few years ago, but I'm glad I did. I was removing carpet from a rental and just couldn't haul it by myself. I booked them online and they were out the next day. They estimated the cost of the load and loaded up all of the carpet that I had already pulled. They also informed me that the estimate included some labor and pulled up the remaining carpet, pad, and removed the tack board! They swept and cleaned up afterwards. And the final cost was less than the estimate! Since then, I've used Busby for both rentals and our house (about 5 times total now). I book online, they always call 15-20 mins before arrival and clean up afterwards. They haven't gone over estimate.
