I had an old shed that I needed demolished and hauled. I requested quotes on Yelp from a few businesses and Busby replied almost instantaneously. They were able to provide an accurate quote based on the photos I provided (unlike many other businesses; I really did not want to wait to bring out a bunch of people to assess, then have to wait again to bring them out to do the job). Not only that, but of the ones that did provide quotes, they were by far the cheapest. So, I went ahead and booked on their website ($10 off if you do that, and the process is SO easy!) and they were literally at my house the following morning. The guys were extremely communicative and friendly. In what felt like lightening speed, they had the shed demolished and in the truck for hauling. They also offered to haul anything else I could think of while they were there, though I didn't have anything ready to go at that point. Payment by card was a breeze. What the load ended up being was on the lower end of what had been estimated, so the price was on the lower end of the range I was provided. Awesome! I am beyond pleased with the pricing and service Busby offered. The two gentlemen came prepared. They were properly masked up and had on gloves before they even got out of the truck. It's a little difficult to get to our backyard, but it was not problem! I reached out to Busby over yelp to get a quote for junk removal. They were super responsive, answered all my questions and scheduling was a breeze. They were competitive with other businesses but i really liked that they had multiple crews and hence could be flexible on timing. We were cleaning out our garage before installing a mew door and were on a tight schedule. Booking online allows you to select your time-slot and get an additional discount. They arrived on time, gave an estimate after looking over the items. They charge by volume and weight. Mostly volume unless you have something really heavy like our porch umbrella which we could never have moved ourselves. The crew was very efficient and professional. Would highly recommend these guys. They give discounts to returning customers and also will come by for picking up smaller items if you have used them before. We got rid of a lot of doors, wood planks, firewood, porch umbrella and stand, other junk for a garage cleanout. We paid about 300$ odd for all of it. It would have taken us a lot of effort to remove the smaller stuff and we really had no good way to get rod of the bigger items without renting a truck, looping in some friends and then figuring out where to drop off which would have added up. In the end- it was worth it as all the other firms were around the same cost and it was a relief to get this taken care of. Note that they charge more for paint cans, so we opted to dry those out and get rid off slowly each week with out trash , per city guidelines. I can sum up this company with one word, EXEMPLARY! From the easy communication through yelp, easy online scheduling (get a discount by doing this), best prices, to the punctuality, quick efficient work, while being friendly. What I really appreciated is that the owner laid out how much the haul would cost. He charges by how full the truck is instead of a flat rate. Which was way cheaper than the other guys. I had a beast of an old hot tub to remove. Had a couple other companies come out and no one wanted to tackle it or they wanted an exorbitant amount. Had an appointment set up for 10:30. One of the guys called to ask if they could come 15 minutes early. Who does that?!? This told me they valued my time. Nathan and Zach came, masked up and are really friendly guys. They went to work right away. They cleared the tub, cleaned up, and even cut my stairs so I could get a shed in its place (without even charging me, every other company wanted between $75-$150 for a little stair adjustment. They were finished I'm no time. EFFICIENT After it was finished I looked into the truck. They could've easily charged a full truck. I called them at 6pm the night before and they were able to schedule me in for the next morning at 10am. Heath was very transparent about how much things cost. They charge by volume which you can find on their website. For special things like paint they charge $10/gallon. The shed I had was about 5x9 which was half full.
