And it was pretty standard. The Mooyah sauce kind of reminds me of in n out! But while the burger reminded me of a fast food burger, the prices sure did not! Maybe it's because I ordered the most simple burger, but even then I feel like it probably should have been cheaper. The Oreo shake was good and also pretty standard. It was super thick and had a lot of Oreo chunks which was nice. But also on the pricier side. But I really liked the sweet potato fries. We got the shareable, and it was more than enough for two people. There were also a good mix of crispy thin pieces and thicker softer pieces. And the seasoning on them was so addicting. But what really pushed me from three stars to four was the customer service. Our fries were taking a while to come out, so we went back to the counter to check on it. Turns out, they had skipped it or something. It wasn't a big deal to us, we just let them know and we were fine waiting for it to come out. But they went above and beyond, making the fries a priority, but then also giving us a coupon for next time!

Figured it might be a fluke so I gave it another try, ordering a norcal and so cal burrito (main difference being due to having hot cheetos). I ordered one with carne asada, the other with chicken. 2 burritos plus delivery and tip? $40. Here's what they got wrong: -Due to an allergy to an ingredient in hot cheetos I asked for my socal without. It came stuffed with them. I literally couldn't eat it, but enjoy the nice picture. You know food allergies can kill someone? - Both burritos came without guacamole or sour cream. Major ingredients in any burrito. - They ran out of Carne asada and had the delivery driver call me to say they only have chicken. So hey, they charge premium and didn't even bother informing me half their ingredients were missing. And then screwed up the only exemption I had, ruining one burrito completely. So they get the rating they deserve unfortunately. Two tries, 3 strikes as far as I'm concerned. Spend your money elsewhere, for the price they charge you can easily get much better. Avoid.

Chicken was good. Prices were OK. However, being subject to pro Trump propaganda while eating lunch is not appropriate. I will not be coming back until they turn Fox News off the TV. It is unfortunate this business has to mix with politics. Hope they lose all democratic customers. You may support lying, hypocritical, bigots but most of Austin does not. I've been going here for lunch for a few years, and it's probably the best fast food you'll get for the price. I go during off-peak hours and the food is still fresh, the staff is very polite, and the place is always clean. I would definitely put this among the top fast food places, and even over about 2 years, I haven't seen the quality dip. read more
