I took my two Maltipoos here for the first time. I am so happy I did. They did a wonderful job making my fur babies feel at home and capturing how beautiful they are with a good hair cut and bath. I am so happy they are about a mile from my home. My dogs were not too happy to leave. They loved being pampered and now acting they are on the run way for a fashion show. Update,... SOMEONE KEEPS DEMANDING A NAME CHANGE. Stop! Stop! The best dog grooming we have ever experienced in our dog's life. Really. We have a minpin that looses his mind at every single place,.. crying and howling,... Not only was he totally relaxed,.... He wasn't jumpy or barking,... just very happy. That's a huge TREAT for us knowing Traeger loves the crew and they love him back. Dog in photo is not ours. Their prices are spectacular! Nail cut and grind. The ONLY reason I'm giving 2 stars is because of Vicky (one of the owners) and Tori. This business requires meet and greets before setting up an appointment. I brought my dog in twice and they suggested another time. When I went the 3rd time I was met with anger and hostility and told to basically go away, even though I was told to come on one day versus another. After talking with Vicky, it turns out the person is the business partner, Michelle. I'm truly in shock that this business has been going on as long as it has with Michelle's attitude! She made the experience worse and I believe caused more anxiety in my dog than before I went the 1st time. When I complained I was told that I need to maybe find a mobile groomer for my dog.... Which I can absolutely do. I guess my point is this....instead of dealing with the problem PERSON directly, they turned away business. I'm extremely disappointed in this whole experience and do not wish this upon anyone else. So, if you decide to take your dog there, I suggest that Michelle NOT work with your baby. She was rude, insensitive and anxious and made it clear that I was not welcomed there. read more

this place is the BEST. i am not comfortable taking my dog anywhere due to past bad experiences at petco/ petsmart where lots go to do their hair and get washes. every single staff is so kind, my dog has really bad anxiety and the first time Pikachu went, one of the girls sat and got to know her a little before just taking her in! which i loved! they are great at communication, very patient and very knowledgeable ! they also send doggies with cute little bow ties or will send you adorable pictures! read more

I've been bringing my dogs here for a little while now. This place is going to be more expensive then a lot of other vets in the area but my dogs always come out looking perfect. They are great with my dogs even though one can be very difficult. The only thing I would be warned about is that Vicky (I believe she the owner or head groomer) can be extremely rude. The rest of the staff is always so sweet but I've had many times where she is not the friendliest and has given major attitude including eye rolling to me or directed at me, and even her staff. She does amazing with the dogs, but her customer service is not great and makes the drop off experience uncomfortable. read more

Rossmoor Pets grooming is the best place to take your pets. I have been taking our Golden Retriever Jezel there for 9 years and she loves going. I never have to drag her into their store front. Everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. They know exactly what to do with Jezel every time. Jezel looks so pretty and well groomed every time I pick her up. My neighbors always compliment her when I take her for walks. Michelle and Vicky go out of their way for every client. Love them! read more

This groomer is the best. We've had many dogs over the years and been to many groomers, but this groomer is the only one I will go to anymore. The latest batch of dogs that I have are very skittish. In fact, one of them bit the groomer, Vicky, not once, but a few times. Yet she continued to serve us. She charged a little more for our "biter," but eventually my dogs calmed down and were able to be groomed (nails clipped, teeth brushed) without incident. And now she charges just the normal price for my dogs. I don't know what I would have done without Vicky. No other groomer would take my dog after biting. But she really cares about the animals and making them comfortable. My dogs actually look forward to being with her now. I'm so happy to have found them. read more

This place is actually called Business Is Grooming now that they have moved to Cypress. We took our mini golden doodle puppy here. They always seem very loving and express concern for the way dogs are treated while being groomed which I thought was great! The first couple of times went well except I didn't really like the style for her because it was very poodle looking. Then the 3rd time she got sap in her fur and so I expected her to get shaved. She was difficult so we said we would come more often so we made an appointment 1 month later and have her go in more often even though it's kinda pricey. The last visit I asked for a specific style that I was hoping for and they proceeded to tell me that they will not cut her if it is going to hurt them or if the dog will not sit still because they don't want to be rough with her. So I said I understood and that if they can I am looking for a teddy bear cut and they again said the same thing and then I said yes I get it I just want you to know what I am hoping for and then when my husband picked her up from the groomers they told him that what I wanted could not be done and that we should go somewhere else. Maybe they just don't like us or our dog but at this point I am upset that I didn't know you're not allowed to request a specific style. read more

They have big smiles on their faces, clearly delighted with their treatment and cleanliness. The quality of the grooming itself is stellar. Thorough and quick, our dogs come out feeling soft and clean to the touch. The groomers here are very sensible with the way they cut- clean and aesthetically pleasing. The first time I went I thought it was a little short because other groomers hadn't ever cut her to that length. However, it turned out to be the perfect and suitable length for our girl. The grooming has always been pretty good. We have been going here for years... lately there is a very rude and unprofessional lady checking in the dogs. She is so rude and unpleasant... makes rude comments under her breath or to other groomers. We are concerned that she may not treat or dog nicely because she doesn't like us.
