Been wanting to try Bussin Oissa and pasta for a while now. Service was super friendly and lightning fast. We had our calamari order within 5 minutes of ordering! ( forgot to take a picture. lol) Decor was college town/ college student friendly. Minutes away from N.C. State. They had some really good lunch deals for the college kids in the area. 2 slices and get a free soda. Buy a sub/sandwich and get fries and a soda free. Meat lover pizza was good. Crust was cracker thin yet still had a nice bite and chew. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of five stars was the soda machine was out of whack. The syrup was up WAY too high. Sooooo sweet and syrupy. Lol That might be ok for these college kids but I'm almost positive o had diabetes now lol jk. I'll def be back to give their pastas a try!

Little Caesars quality Cheese Pizza (Large)

Little Caesars quality. I came in for the Monday $9.99 large pizza special, highly disappointed. Don't offer the special if you have to compromise on ingredients. I went in for a side of marinara and of course they didn't charge me. They charged me $11.31 for the $9.99 special

I went to this joint when it was the Italian kitchen of Raleigh. I got it multiple times and enjoyed it! This was my first time coming after the name (and owner?) change. The pizza was still pretty good, but it did taste a little different to me. The crust was perfect though and so were the toppings. I got half ricotta and half pepperoni. Both sides were equally tasty in their own respect. I also go garlic knots because I'm a sucker for them. I can't NOT get them. These knots, however, I would skip next time around. They weren't bad or inedible, just a bit dry. Good amount of garlic on it though. Lastly I would just like to point out that I ordered this online and chose a 7:30 pick up time. I got there at 7:29 and the pizza was already a little cold. It was still warm but you could tell it had been sitting for a minute. All in all, I think I would order from them again.

    Clean plate club!

Great staff! Great service! Great food! I enjoyed the daily deal on the 9.99 personal sized pizza. It came with unlimited toppings. Had to top it off with a corona & lime.

Super cool outdoor vibes, I love the umbrella and the truck. The guy who took our order at the front inside was clearly excited to be at work and we enjoyed talking to him about their goal of providing a space for the community. We missed $1 Taco Tuesday because the students are all back now, but will def be back

Just had the medium cheese pizza which seemed a little over priced but we went on Sunday. But Monday thru Thursday everything is 40% off to students so that is the best time to go. Service was friendly and fast. The ambiance is above and beyond most pizza places with the vines inside being real plants, and a giant dead pool really pulls the whole place together. There is also outdoor seating but the lack of bathrooms is disappointing but understandable. Nice parking lot and outdoor seating as well.

Excited to try this spot on a Friday evening. They didn't open too long ago so it wasn't too busy. Everything was awesome. This is probably going to become a regular takeout spot for us. The cheese pizza had the perfect texture, with a crust that was both crunchy and the right amount of chewy. The crust also tasted good, which a lot of NY style crusts around here lack. Would definitely get the pizza again. The Chicken parm was idyllic, it's what you want when you want chicken parm from a pizza place. The penne alla vodka was solid. Not as good as up in NJ/NY, but up there with the best in this area. Overall, a great addition to the Hillsborough Street scene. I'll be back soon.

Not good choice for pizza. They are a pale imitation of the restaurant there before them. There are a lot of better options out there.

We had a great eating experience overall at Mulino. There were 12 of us but because when we called…read morethey continually hung up the phone or the call would end (on a land line). We weren't able to make the reservation for 12 because it only goes up to 10 on OpenTable. We ended up having to make the reservation for 6 at one table and 6 at the other table. To tease us, they put the tables right across from each other and put a table of 2 right in between us. To make matters worse is that we were celebrating our wedding so it would've been nice to have us all together. The restaurant gave me and my husband champagne to try to comp this I suppose but would've been better if they could've seated us all together. We started with the crab cakes and arancini. The crab cakes were fine. The otter crust was crunchy and perfect. The arancini was stuffed with cheese, rice, and meat and it was delicious. They were also crunchy on the outside but so soft and good on the inside. I had the tagliatelle. The noodles were prepared perfectly. It was almost as if I was in Italy. Something I noticed in Italy was that the noodles were never cooked too softly. They were still more firm but edible and delicious and that's how they were prepared at this restaurant in Raleigh. The dish was excellent and very tasty. My husband had the medium rare Ribeye with peppercorn sauce over mashed potatoes with sautéed seasonal vegetables. This dish was prepared perfectly. The ribeye was delicious and mashed potatoes had a great consistency about it and seasoned well.

I adore the bar top design. After my date arrived and a few drinks later, we decided to sit outside for dinner at a table. It was a chilly night, so they had heaters facing the tables, and the outside matched the loveliness of the inside. I had the lasagna, which had that delicious classic Italian taste. The meal, cocktails, and wine were all perfect; my only gripe was the customer service. I felt like we were being rushed out, especially when the server interrupted us to ask if we were done.

The food was pretty good. I started with the tortellini soup and had the French toast from the Brunch menu. For drinks, I tried the pineapple mimosa, but it was warm, which really affected the flavor. I also ordered an espresso martini, and unfortunately it had an artificial taste that I would not recommend, especially for the price. One issue we ran into was the number of flies around our table. Even though we were seated inside, there were several constantly circling, and one ended up landing in my water. Our waitress tried to help, but the problem continued. Overall, I enjoyed the food and the service, but I would come back for the food only and not for the drinks.

The restaurant is nice and dimly lit with plenty of seating, but you will have to find street parking around Glenwood. We were a party of 6 and they pulled together tables to accommodate us. Our server was a little slow but still friendly. For starters we got a Margherita pizza, calamari, the grilled caesar, and they brought us a complimentary bread basket with oil. Everything except the caesar was good. I guess we didn't expect the caesar to taste THAT charred and the lettuce to not be chopped. For main entrees, we ordered lasagna, lobster ravioli, penne alla vodka, and alfredo. The vodka pasta and lasagna were unflavored and disliked among the table. I would not recommend those dishes. The alfredo was okay. The best dish was the lobster ravioli.
