We live in Everett, here in Snohomish County. I called Signature Restoration in a panic, and their 24/7 emergency service was immediate and professional. Andrew arrived quickly and took charge of the crisis. He walked us through the entire process, starting with the necessary mitigation (all the water extraction and technical structural drying). What truly sets this company apart is that Andrew and the team didn't just dry it out and leave; they handled the entire job! They performed the complete repair and restoration of the damaged areas, leaving the space looking immaculate--honestly, better than it looked before the flood. If you are in the King County or Snohomish area and need a company you can trust for prompt, full-service Water Damage Restoration, look no further. Highly, highly recommend Andrew and the experts at Signature Restoration LLC.

If you are reading this after something awful has happened to your house, you are probably…read moredesperately looking for someone to help. Go ahead, call Green State. You won't regret it, I promise. In September of 2025, we had a pipe burst in the middle of the night in the upstairs of our house. By the time we found it, it was "raining" downstairs. We had terrible, extensive damage and the damage was still actively happening as I looked for someone to call at 5am. I found Green State Restoration Monroe. They seemed to have good reviews, so I called them. They had someone at our house extremely quickly, and a full crew followed. They immediately started mitigating the damage, but that was only the beginning! We were now facing negotiations with our insurance company and extensive reconstruction. By this time, I had time to research Green State more thoroughly. We decided to go with them for the entire project. I cannot even begin to tell you the great job they did from beginning to end. Viktor, who was the first person in our house that tragic day, handled the mitigation and managed to make us feel like everything was ok. Then it was handed off to Alex, who worked with our insurance company to figure out what and how we could rebuild. Irene and her team came and took our belongings out of the house, meticulously cataloged, and had them store. Then, Jesse, our project manager, handled all of the reconstruction seamlessly. He went above and beyond on many items, including when our countertop material was delayed. He talked to me on the phone while I was at home and he was at a showroom. He knew getting the house done quickly was our top priority, and he found a countertop we liked and that was available right away, saving us a delay. We want to give a special call out to Yuriy, too, who did a lot of the actual work on our house and made everything look better than it did before our disaster. I can't recommend Green State enough. We will be using them again when we are ready to do some renovations to the house, this time without a huge flood to start off with!

Stay. Away. Green…read moreState used an unregistered contractor for unlawful electrical and plumbing work, without pulling permits or having inspections, and then incorrectly told us they weren't needed. And that's just the beginning of our problems with them. We haven't been able to use our master shower in 7 months because they caused a leak just before Thanksgiving of 2025, and they haven't fixed it. Our Christmas photos have 3 large, beautiful holes in the ceiling, above our tree. And their contractor left our jetted tub in a hazardous state, without GFCI electrical protection, and we've been told not to use it for our own safety. You can see they've been cited for multiple issues - the state provides a tool to verify contractors, here: https://secure.lni.wa.gov/verify/ Their tile installer did extremely poor-quality work. Like jagged breaks in glass accents, wandering tile cuts, edge pieces not lining up, grout in the wrong places, and lots more. The account manager and project manager reviewed his work and said it was industry standard. Literally, they looked at this big, jagged piece of glass glopped in with grout (among tons of other problems, large and small) and told me it's industry standard work and they wouldn't fix it. Not joking. It makes more sense when you hear that: - the account manager is the son of the project manager, - the project manager hired his son-in-law for the tile work, - the son-in-law had been in business less than 6 months, So, he did bad work which they defended. There are actual industry standards, and I read them, and his work definitely doesn't meet them. And then, still, the tile guy installed the underlying waterproofing incorrectly. It's incomplete, it's incorrect, and it doesn't follow manufacturer instructions. He made our shower curb flat instead of angled to drain water, so we ended up with standing water, growing mildew, on top of incomplete waterproofing. The repair they proposed, I discovered, would have been incorrect and not manufacturer approved, too. And then Green State told us we'd have to pay to fix it some of it. They say they have a workmanship warranty, but they ignored requests to warranty their work. So, to recap, they hired an inexperienced in-law who did bad work, asked us to pay to fix their bad work, then refused their warranty. Then there's the hole into our attic they made around September 2025, told us was fixed multiple times, then come to find out they hadn't, so they finally fixed it at the end of January 2026. Or that they fabricated our new countertop wrong, so there's a gap between the side splash and the wall. Or that they didn't seal it with silicone either so water can go straight back to the wall... So, like I said: Stay. Away.

The team worked efficiently, skillfully, and ahead of schedule! It seems like Eagle Construction can build anything you ask them to. Doru is someone I can trust. He stayed in close communication throughout the entire process, always taking the time to answer our questions. As someone who pays close attention to detail, I especially appreciated his precision and craftsmanship. I am so glad we went with him, and his pricing was fair. What stood out most was his honesty and thorough approach. We had reached out to several contractors for quotes, but Doru was the only one who took the time to measure our space accurately and fully understand what we wanted. He never pressured us into additional work and instead offered thoughtful guidance and expert recommendations. Despite working quickly, the final result was of quality and what we envisioned. I would absolutely hire Eagle Remodel again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, detail-oriented work, and people you can trust.

Our initial experience was pleasant and they lead us to believe insurance would cover our damages. We felt good about moving forward. For starters insurance only covered part of the mitigation process and we were left with an 8K bill that they demanded we pay or they put a lien on our house (we were fresh from losing my father inlaw at this point, so we were in a rough state emotionally. No compassion from them.) We get through the Reconstruction process painfully slow with limited communication and were left with an unfinished sink. We have tried working with them and communicating to get the sink finished but they are demanding payment for the remaining balance after our insurance payout. I get needing to get paid but I am not a fan of paying for work that hasnt even been done yet. Long story short: they give a 5 start appearance but really only cared about getting paid even if it means leaving unfinished work. My husband was out of work while we dealt with the death of his father and then experienced a health crisis himself. They do not care if you are financially strained or not. If you dont qualify for financing they just threaten to send you to collections. Do yourself a favor and go with a company that has a little more empathy for the people they are serving. Many of us are seeking out companies like this because of stressful emergencies. We do not need the added stress of being treated like a cash cow.

I hired PureDry Restoration in November after water damage occurred in my elderly father's…read morebathroom. Unfortunately, my experience with them felt predatory and dishonest. The project manager who came out initially presented himself as an expert with 8 years of experience and assured me he would treat the job as if it were his own home. He showed infrared images and moisture readings, explained the drying process, and said it would require invasive work (which I accepted as necessary). He quoted roughly $6,000 for drying and estimated another ~$6,000 for restoration later. I didn't negotiate, I trusted them since he emphasized these were estimates and could be lower if the team could dry things in place. When the technicians arrived, they were actually very good, efficient, knowledgeable, and respectful (aside from minor cabinet toe-kick damage). They told me they didn't need to be invasive after all and could dry the area in place. Based on that, I expected the cost would be revised downward. Instead, the final invoice went up, to $6,600, and shockingly included photos of restoration work in someone else's kitchen, not mine. When I asked whether this was a mistake, they told me the initial estimate didn't include tax. When I questioned the project manager about not disclosing that, he suddenly shifted from "I have 8 years of experience, trust me" to "I've only been here a year and didn't know estimates excluded taxes." That did not inspire confidence. Also, 1 year is long enough to know that your quotes exclude taxes. I also requested post-drying infrared images to confirm moisture had been resolved. He promised to send them but never did. In the end, the restoration part he claimed would cost $6,000+ if I opted for it, it was completed by a handyman for $350. My advice: be cautious. Don't fall for polished presentations or assurances. Based on my experience, their priority seemed to be driving up the quote rather than delivering transparent or honest service. I felt taken advantage of during a vulnerable time, exactly when people seek companies like this for help.
