He knew that it was code for irrigation bubblers to be greater than 18" away from your retaining wall. We had several areas where it was much closer than 18". He found several areas with active bubblers watering nothing because the plants had died and were removed and the bubbler never got capped off. Long story short: he discovered why my back wall is constantly wet in 10 minutes when we have paid several other companies to come and solve this problems with zero results! My only minor issue is I've asked for a list of ingredients and brand type for their request to spray and I have not received that, it's been nearly a week. Very minor issue at this point. The main concern was a leak coming from the pressure regulator/filter/valve. They not only replaced the entire assy., the crew rerouted the assy. to allow unobstructed room with all new parts. We also had our planter excavated about 3 feet down and after the roots and hard dirt was cleared, the entire irrigation drip lines and timer were all replaced, as well as a "Canopy irrigation" system of bubblers for our tree. We bought the soil ourselves for the excavated planter, (Go to Home Depot, it's cheaper than STAR) and the only charge for a "Backfill" was $25 per plant that went back in. Worth it, as they arranged everything and routed the bubblers perfectly. All said and done, this Company outdid themselves for 3 hours and cleaned everything up and even pulled most of the weeds that were all over our front rocks. Do yourselves a favor and have these guys do the project. They are REALLY good at it!!

The next day, first thing in the morning, I was contacted via phone and the owner of the company would arrive at our house to give us an estimate for repair this afternoon. Michael the company's owner, arrived and looked at the valve and gave me the estimate with a 1-year warranty on workmanship. I asked for estimates with other companies, Water Whitchers Lawn & Sprinkler Repair Company's estimate was reasonable and offered a better warranty, so we decided to go with them. A couple days later Michael the company's owner came by and did the replacement himself. It took Michael less than half an hour to complete the replacement. He replaced, our system with a brand-new solenoid valve, filter and pressure regulator. I waited several days to make sure the valve and fittings did not leak and it was perfect, no leaks. Michael was awesome, he was very knowledgeable, very professional, personable, down to earth and he answered all of my questions and he actually adjusted my Rainbird system to make it run more efficiently. Dave quickly diagnosed the problem and found loose wires and a disconnected grounding wire in our Rain Bird control panel.
