I recently needed to rent some storage space, and recalled a positive recommendation from a friend. I was able to review pricing online and make a reservation. That same morning they called and we arranged a socially distanced site tour. We completed the rest of the contract process by phone and email that afternoon. I was very impressed with the condition of the indoor unit, and the friendly staff members who assisted me that day. Overall a positive experience. One constructive comment - during the telephone process if we missed one another when they called me, and I had to call back, the call always went to someone else at another location who had no way to connect me back to the original person. They would pass the message to them and I would wait for them to call back. That seemed inefficient for customers, but they did get back to me. read more
