I rang the elderly care facility, Greenfield Care Center of Fullerton, a woman who answered the door said the person didn't belong to them. Within 5 minutes multiple nurses came out and eventually took responsibility. The cops and ambulance showed up at the scene but no one advocated for her due to language barriers and age. How did this person get out with a wheelchair? She couldn't walk or get up? Doesn't speak any English. If a family member sees this we are willing to share what we saw. Sorry we didn't know what to do.

Amparo "Chu" Wang, the CEO, came to my house with caregiver (Carmen Veloso Wieberg, CEO at Instant Healthcare). Chu was so caring and professional in explaining how hospice works, and very patiently standing by until we were ready to contract the hospice care. Chu and her teams are very knowledgeable - they understood our stress and was VERY quick to provide all the help we needed, i.e. medical equipment (hospital bed, wheel, bath chairs, oxygen kit, etc), nurses, pain meds, etc. Everyone in Saint Verena was so warm and helpful to us; they must really care about what they do. Under Saint Verena's care, my mother passed away peacefully with no pain, and we as family got so much support too. My family is forever grateful for Saint Verena and Chu Wang the CEO.

I'll start by saying that Terrace View is a truly 5 Star facility. I'd give it 10 stars, however,…read more 5 is the max allowed. The staff are truly amazing. In my 2 1/2 month stay at Terrace View I interacted with all the staff. From my personal experience they have been extremely helpful and encouraging for my recovery and eventually return home. I took the time to do a lot of walking around the facility and doing so talked to all the staff (nurses, nurse assistants, cooks, physical therapists, maintenance workers, cleaning crew, etc., and to a person they all loved their jobs and most importantly they truly cared for and loved the patient/residents. Most of the employees have been there for 15 + years. Many over 20 years. The facility is being cleaned on a daily basis. Floors buffed, rugs vacuumed and buffed, all patient rooms swept and mopped daily. Beds were made up cleaned where needed. Patients were given showers on a weekly schedule and the nursing assistants were caring, respectful and very patient. The facility just smelled clean every day. Overall the food great. You also had an alternative menu for other food choices. The dietician would work with you to get you the needed nutrition. The tilapia was exceptional. My favorite. Deserts were plentiful as well as ice cream and sherbert. My physical therapy was more than I expected. Paul, Jong, Hanna, were the best. I don't recall all their names, but to a person, they were very professional, extremely knowledgeable and very caring. I can't thank them enough for their care and encouragement for me. There are some patients who are long term care. I think if I was in than medical condition, there is no better place to be. The care, respect, professionalism and love is the very best. This truly starts with the facility administrator (Brendon Dahl) whose leadership doesnt come any better. His professionalism and care is reflected in every employee. Terrace View is the very best.

In just a short time, Terrace View had him out of bed, in the chair and doing bike and weight exercises and practicing standing. He also transitioned from continuous tube feeding to three meals a day by the time he left! Our family is grateful for their hard work, dedication and patience. He has continued to recover and get stronger using everything he learned at Terrace View. Since then he no longer has a feeding tube, is on a regular diet and is walking in physical therapy.
