They handled all of it, no problems. They were incredibly communicative and careful with everything they moved. And when we got our quote, they were incredibly thorough. I politely explained that I would need the move to be at least in the morning and asked if that was possible. Instead of helping or clarifying, the representative responded rudely and repeated that they "don't have a time." I calmly said that if it couldn't be early in the morning, then no worries. First of all, our planning coordinator, Daniel Gartland was once again friendly, efficient and ensured we utilized their unloading services to maximum benefit. 3 movers arrived on time, and completed unloading, reassembly of bed frame, unboxed our new mattress and set up on bed, as well as moving furniture and boxes to designated rooms (previously loaded by them prior to move out) in record time!!
