This team was absolutely fantastic and come highly recommended from my girlfriend and I! They came out on very short notice and went above and beyond. Not only did they get my furniture moved in, but they also built it in a fast and efficient manner. Everyone on the team was personable and engage in real authentic conversation. This wasn't something I necessarily look for in a moving service, but at the same time it's nice to have. I truly connected with individuals and in doing all this I felt very safe with them being in my own. It's a big deal to have someone come in your home and move all of your belongings, trust is something you shouldn't overlook. I will certainly be calling these guys back if I need anything else. Just moving in I had a handful of little handyman talks, some of which they were able to tackle, but for the ones they couldn't they sent me a respected and trusted individual who could. I had to arrange a move at the last minute over the weekend so I contacted this business. Anthony answered immediately and gave me a fair quote for a very small load. I contacted other movers but his quote was the best. Throughout the process his communication was excellent. After we talked he reiterated the agreement, date, etc via text. Today he arrived on time to the dot. He and his partner were conversant but remained focused the entire time. They were also very careful with the items. I would highly recommend them for your move. They made the whole process less stressful. Interestingly -- a very well known small moving company still hasn't responded to my requested quote from two days ago. I'm hoping you give me a call back Anthony. Your movers showed up hours late, charged me $875 more than I was quoted, took 8 hours, and ruined an $850 office chair. I hired new movers to move me from my storage unit to my new apartment.....they took less than 3 hours even though it was a MUCH longer trek and only charged me $450. It should NEVER take 8 hours to move a single woman out of of a small one bedroom apartment. Is this the look you want for your business?!?! Screwing single women over? Please return my call....I'm fine with you ripping me off for the move....but what is never going to be ok is you ruining my furniture and expecting me to be ok with it. I had initially booked a different moving company, but they were difficult to work with, so I canceled at the last minute. We had a pretty terrible moving experience. We loved almost everything ourselves except the heavy items. I found a company online, and didn't know until moving day that they only took cash- extreme red flag. Avoid Top Moving at all costs, and they change names frequently! We only had 7 heavy pieces, took this idiot company 5 hours and $800 to move. I had furniture that needed to be "shifted" upstairs/downstairs (a couple of pieces were pretty large) and items that needed to be taken to my storage unit.
