Came late 30 min before closing. Very small ice cream selection and only had 3 toppings they don't offer nor is it visible from the counter you just have to ask. My iced white mocha was just MILK. My boyfriends Americano was so watered down; it was also so hot that it melted the stirrer after just a few seconds. Pictures don't do either justice. Can't speak for the food but the coffee was terrible. read more

We found this place about five years ago when we came to visit and now ,when we come to the beach for the week, it's the only place we eat breakfast. The Buzz Bowl with Conecuh is unbeatable. And my kids love the muffins and pastries. The atmosphere is wonderful and we talk about it when we are away from the beach. read more

Wow! I like to try local coffee places whenever I travel and you never know what you'll get. This place is a must-visit when you are in town. I'll admit at first sip I wasn't excited. The coffee has a different flavor, but after a couple of sips I was in love! I got a hot mocha coffee and my partner got a hot salted caramel latte. The coffee was hot and smooth. He said his tasted like toffee. Yum! We also got a cinnamon roll that was huge and obviously freshly made. I didn't know what challah was, and they have a bunch of challah bread options. I chose the ham and cheese and I was not disappointed! It has creamy cheese and chunks of savory ham wrapped inside the challah bread, which we agreed tasted like a pretzel. They had some other challah options and the blueberry muffin looked amazing! Prices seemed pretty average for a coffee/breakfast place. They also have some cute items in the gift shop area, which is just a little corner of the store. It is a very small place with some outdoor seating. We got our items to go but there was a line waiting to be seated. The service seemed a little slow for a to-go order, but they were very busy for a Wednesday morning. You will not be disappointed if you decide to visit this place! I will definitely go every time we are in Orange Beach. read more

This is a nifty coffee shop that serves some interesting pastries and biscuit creations along with a selection of ice cream. The ice cream so far has been in flavors that just have not remotely appealed to me and their glaring bright neon glowing colors also make me fearful to even sample the flavors. The other dessert items and coffee here have all been good and the outside patio area gives bonus points to this spot. read more

Wonderful little breakfast cafe, with lots of options! They have delicious biscuits that are so fluffy and buttery. You can get a cat head biscuit, which is your typical sized biscuit (maybe larger) or a kitten head biscuit, which is perfect for sharing! It's like 6 little biscuits cooked together, and you can pull them a part. Great to share if you and some friends just want a small amount of biscuit with your meal! You can get cinnamon rolls, breakfast sandwiches, quiche, homemade pop tarts, stuffed challa rolls, and so much more. They have tiramisu, ice cream sandwiches, and coffee as well. The staff is really friendly, and even when it got busy, they were on top of it so every one could get seated and eating without waiting too long. If you are in Orange Beach to visit (or live there!) I highly recommend checking this place out before you leave! People magazine voted them best breakfast in Alabama, so check it out! read more

Lots of breakfast choice from savory to sweet. Nice employees. Cute cat themed decor. Comfortable shaded outside eating area. Decided to try the Cuban iced coffee after reading for other reviews. I can't wait to go get another one before we head back home! We had the Hallah filled with egg cheese and bacon, egg cheese and bacon sandwich, cinnamon roll, breakfast burrito, and kitten biscuits with preserves. We also couldn't resist a pop tart for dessert later that night. Our only minor complaint would have been the cinnamon roll. Stopped into BuzzCatz for the first time for brunch while heading out of orange beach after a long weekend. I was immediately into the aesthetic of the shop - very relaxed atmosphere with great artsy vibe. We sat outside and choosing from the menu was tough because so many options looked good! Great in-restaurant made treats. Fresh pop-tarts!?!? Fresh blueberry jelly for the kitten head biscuits?!?!? Pictures and art of cats on the walls too many to count. This one looks like my Russian Blue I call "Beast". Oh and the quiche was perfect. And the blueberry muffin my daughter had disappeared. The cookies look amazing too. Stopped in for coffee - wanted to support somewhere local rather than a big chain while in town for vacation. This shop is cute and a little off the beaten path. I got my coffee while my husband and daughter enjoyed some ice cream (it was afternoon). My Americano was good. They both liked their ice cream as well. Service was great. My only "complaint" is that they don't brew/make their own cold brew - it's from concentrate, per the girl who was helping us. I was going to try that anyway, but then they were out, so I got the Americano instead. read more

Wonderful tasty treats Me, my husband Bob, and my son Ayden wanted a precious treat while my other kiddos were out at their nanny's house. The employees seemed busy so it took a little to get our indulgent pastry's. My son Ayden got cotton candy ice cream. Ayden said it was the best ice cream he had ever had in his entire 8 years of living. The nice woman came to get our treats for us . Bob got a Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookie, and I got a precious snickerdoodle. We also got cupcakes for later . We didn't realize one of the cupcakes was mint and it wasn't awesome but still pretty great. Bob got a chocolate one and loved it. Bob loves chocolate and has a sweet tooth so this was a precious opportunity for him. We absolutely love buzzcats! Such a precious place ! read more

My great new discovery of amazing local coffee shop in Orange Beach! I got Americano and vegetable quiche- most excellent! Quiche was so light and silky with decadent crumbly crust- just melts in your mouth goodness and coffee was flavorful and robust and not bitter. They have amazing menu- full breakfast choices, delicious- looking pastries- tiramisu, carrot cake, muffins- beautiful. I definitely will return to try other things! read more

After we had the Dolphin Cruise we were looking for a good coffee ( not Starbucks) and found this gem. Loved the place, very clean, friendly service and the best mocha! We got their Lattes and Macchiatos, and then a piece of cheesecake. The cheesecake was very yummy, but the latte was pretty bitter. The atmosphere is cute and quiet. Our first time here- what a gem!!!! So quaint! Loved the front porch! The decor was all cat themed and bright colors! Very comfy indoor seating and cute gift section! We got a to-go breakfast to eat at the beach- busy day ahead of us. We will stay and eat on the front porch next time! We ordered egg, cheese and meat sandwiches on "Hollah" bread. Sooo good and how'd they get everything stuffed into the bread?! It was like a big, puffy cloud filled with egg, cheese and meat (I got the bacon and hubby got the sausage). We also ordered the warm biscuits- they are huge! Saved them for later and they were still soooo good!!! Can't wait to go back and try all the other yummy items! read more

They have the perfect fruity options for a day spent by the beach. We ordered shaken espressos with vanilla and vanilla foam (or cold lava as they call it.) They were so good!! It was so nice to find something close by that we enjoyed that isn't Starbucks! Huge bonus for the fact that they use coffee cubes instead of regular ice cubes. It makes such a difference when you're a slower coffee enjoyer like I am! We will definitely be popping in for our daily dose of java a few more times this trip!
