Came by to pick up some Rose's for my wife's birthday. Prices were reasonable, compared to whole foods or Ralph's where the flowers are cheaper but they die within 3 days. This place sucks big time! I had ordered the "Red Bliss" for my wife on valentines day 2022. i also ordered the "Box of Chocolates Medium", and a "I love You" Mylar balloon. The picture online and in my receipt that was emailed to me showed a square box that held 24 individual pieces of chocolates, but what she got was a heart shaped box with 9 pieces of chocolates! They also were very stale and old. They were like chocolates that were at least 6 months past expiration. The chocolate was crumbling. Also the roses were covered with bugs and the leaves were half eaten by the bugs. I will never use this place again and only wish i could get my $$$ back. You guys truly suck! There is no excuse for this! If i could give it no stars i would!...after seeing my review on here i saw that it says im from san francisco. which is not true. We worked with Buzzy bee earlier this year for our wedding. they delivered the flowers in time and price was comparable to other flower shops that we went to. She was accommodating with candles and decoration. However the downside of working with them was the quality of the flowers. The price should have been way cheaper because of this point alone. The day of the wedding you could tell the flowers were old and had been sitting for a while (not fresh). The center pieces did not all have the agreed upon number of flowers even in the pictures you could tell they lacked quantity. flowers used for the brides bouquet was not fresh and ruined the closeup shots. all flowers were pretty much dead the next day or so. read more

Went in to get 4 stem of flowers for hair decoration for photoshoot, they are two roses, one baby breath and one white snapdragon, the ladies was trying her best to help me because they don't have white or cream color rose, very nice lady, so the 2 stars go to her; but the gentleman make me feel like it is a rip off, $7 per stem??? Are you kidding me? I don't need wrapping or anything just single stem, but I need it so I pay for it. Feel like it is over priced even the flower stay pretty fresh until the afternoon without water. They were never delivered I had to call and tell my mother if she can pick up her own flowers from the shop although I had paid the $12 shipping fee.
