I needed to get flowers for mother's day and was really contemplating where to go.. I decided to choose this local business that I had always drove by on my way to work, located in the back of Porto's, as soon as I walk in, I noticed various different decorations I could choose from, as well as a Woman who was super nice, she walked me through all the flowers and arrangements, and I was absolutely stunned at the options I had to choose from.. Eventually, I came to a decision, and was expecting it to be sort of pricey due to the extent of flowers & decorations, but when the lady told me my bill, i was in utter awe of how cheap it was.. I came here during the holidays and they were open and accommodating. I got a bouquet and they gave me a great deal highly recommended.

Tried to order from my favorite florist for my parent's 70th Anniversary and was told they couldn't deliver same day (I called in the morning) so had to find a different place. They live in Glendale so used trusty yelp to find one in the neighborhood. Tony answered the phone and was immediately helpful...assured me that he could make the delivery same day and the website and so many beautiful options. There was one in particular that I loved but a bit more than I could spend so Tony worked with me and had his designer, design a smaller version in my price range...he explained that the more expensive version had peonies that made the price higher...i asked if i could still get just 1 peonies and he said yes :-) Then his designer got on the phone to get all of my info and asked if i wanted her to send a picture...YES! Well she didn't just send a picture she sent a video with a close up of not 1 but multiple peonies in the arrangement...it was beautiful. But wait I'm not done...when it came time to deliver...i was on a conf call for work and kept getting calls from the same number over and over again...then a text saying "I'm trying to deliver...please call me..noone's answering"...I mean we're in a pandemic...where could my parents have gone...but yes I tracked them down and they weren't going to be home for a couple of hours. Tony was AWESOME...so lovely ...said it was no problem for him to come back when they returned. I will be using Tony from now on..between the quality of the flowers and his patience and understanding...why would I go anywhere else? read more

We were in a rush, I called in preordered a bouquet, lady asked my budget I said 40$ white and yellow colors. When my friend gets there to pick it up she gives him flowers in a vase with some white stuff for 55$. Did I ask for roses in a vase for 55$? Nope. We had to buy just because of the time crunch. Very unprofessional and disappointing. Not a way to grow customer base. read more

The lady on the phone was very helpful and promised to do what four previous florists said they couldn't: a delivery in two hours to a job site... I received flowers (6 red roses and 6 white tulips) arranged in a vase with red ribbon from my daughter last Valentine's day. Flowers were nice, but I think they're overpriced. I know flowers are overpriced on valentine's, but with the same arrangement at pro flowers was cheaper and they'll even deliver. read more

I wanted to share the horrible experience I recently had with the owner of this flower shop. I will try to keep it short... It was my daughter's christening. So I went on her instagram page and saw a tray with a bouquet of flowers and chocolate that I liked. I called up and spoke to Karina, sent her a snap shot and told her this is EXACTLY what I would like to order and she said "yes I can make the SAME thing." I asked her if the tray was new. She said yes it's only been used once it's practically new, has no scratches or anything... I believed her and added the tray to the order. I asked her about the chocolate, she said yes, I can get the SAME chocolates with the same ribbon and cross. Therefore, I added the chocolate to the order as well. We agreed on a price and the order was placed. She even offered to deliver the order to me free of charge and I accepted. On the day of, I was in a rush to get ready and did not bother checking the tray or the chocolate upon delivery (she sounded very genuine on the phone and I trusted her). I later discovered she not only used different cross' and cheap ribbons, but worst of all the glue she used to glue the ribbons and cross on the chocolate had melted down to the chocolate itself. I was beyond embarrassed because I passed out some of those pieces of chocolates to family members during the christening. I called her up the next day and asked her nicely, even though I was beyond upset to replace the chocolates or refund me and she refused and hung up on me. I could not believe it... First she tried to blame the place where she bought the chocolate than retracted after I spoke to them myself. She later offered a 50% refund for the chocolate and I said No thank you! I paid $100 dollars for 25 pieces of chocolate alone and the chocolate was nothing like I was suppose to receive. Next surprise, upon removing the bouquet of flowers from the tray, the tray had scratches everywhere and was not in any good condition. If you are wondering about the bouquet of flowers... well even that did not last more than couple days and had to throw it out. One thing is for certain we will not be doing business with this flower shop EVER again. read more

I called and spoke with Armen, who was very friendly and accommodating. He gave me a great price over the phone and described the type of arrangement he had in mind. I was a bit nervous because I'm a control freak and wanted to make sure the flowers turned out well. I had no need to worry because the flowers were GORGEOUS!
