The only issue I have was that the actual nail service wasn't what I expected. My nails were not even and they did not pay attention to my cuticles. The station was absolutely filthy and she had tools and dust all over the place. She began to look at my current nails, which were in very rough shape, but beautifully designed. They had very detailed hand, painted turquoise along with cow print that I had got done at a different nail salon and location. She then began to talk with several of the other employees coming over pointing at my fingernails and when I had questioned what they were talking about because I couldn't understand, she said nothing. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable, considering they were obviously talking about my fingers and it would be nice to be included. She asked me what color I had wanted, and I took my time to look and chose a cat eye nail polish as an accent nail, which she did not know how to use the magnet and was shaking. I asked if it was possible to get a small simple flower design on my ring finger, which she was very confident in doing. I will show you the example of what I asked for and what I got below. She was shaking like a leaf the whole time and I didn't know what to say or how to even react. For the 45$ that I spent, 7 of my nails were chipped by the next day, my nails look like a toddler did them, they are all now extremely thin and breaking. Never again.
