The vibe is chill, relaxed, and very neighborhood-friendly. Even when it's busy, it never feels overwhelming, and they're usually very accommodating with walk-ins. The service is also some of the best I've experienced in Harlem. My go-to is the roasted duck, which is consistently excellent. It's cooked medium to medium-rare and comes with mango, onions, vegetables, and greens. Easily one of my favorite dishes in the neighborhood. The drinks are great too. I recently had the Nas, their take on a Manhattan, and it was incredibly smooth--one of the best whiskey cocktails I've had in a while. Overall, 10/10. A hidden gem on Lenox between 119th and 120th and definitely one of the best spots in Harlem.

We both had Brussel Sprouts, good, but the bites without the sauce did taste like bland Brussel sprouts. I had the lamb ribs, very good. They do warn you before that the ribs have a bit of fat on them, I think in the context of NY restaurant week I'm happy to pay it but as a solo entree, the amount of fat vs meat would have annoyed me. My friend had the duck, she enjoyed it. But it is very much salad with a side of duck, I believe she had 6 pieces of duck (pictured) and then a mango, arugula and onion salad. Dessert was very good, but I do hope those are not the usual portion sizes and maybe they just served smaller for NY restaurant week. Which I really didn't mind as I was full from the entree and sprouts. Servers were really nice, this place seems to have its regulars and a nice garden sitting area towards the back. Would overall recommend

The food was just as impressive. The chive and cheddar biscuit was one of the best biscuits I've ever had--moist, buttery, and packed with flavor. I added the fried chicken, and it was perfectly cooked, incredibly juicy, and seasoned to perfection. Every bite was delicious. Between the warm, welcoming atmosphere and the outstanding food, this place absolutely exceeded expectations. I can't recommend Harlem Biscuit Company enough, and I'll definitely be back!

This place was great because there were enough chairs to have a quick seat during our walk, as well as a bathroom inside. There are bar seats as well as sit down tables. Now besides the biscuits, which were buttery and delicious, I was blown away by the service. I ordered only two biscuits but was given three anyway, and the staff even brought over extra sauces that they recommended so we could enjoy and try different flavor combos. It really gave the feel of a super well run old school establishment that really cares about service and their customers. I loved it, and we stuck around for longer than anticipated as a result. Overall, definitely a key stop if you visit Harlem!

She attempted to take a drink order for a group of ten without writing it down. She had to ask people their drink order a couple of times. Other than than she did a good job. We ordered from the special Harlem Week menu, which was a three course meal. The Deviled Egg appetizer with cornbread was delicious. The Sweet Potato Coconut Soup was good (I'm not a coconut fan). I had the catfish over black eyed peas plate. The catfish was good but I was disappointed to learn they didn't have any tartar sauce. The live entertainment, Amaya Knoelle and the Residency Band were very entertaining and they put on a great show! I would return here whenever I'm visiting NYC.

I searched the area for food and this came up. When I got off the train it was conveniently right across the street and very inviting. I was greeted warmly and ordered the hot veggie wrap and theor bottled Ginger juice. They have a very intimate yet spacious space. I sat amd waiting for my order. They do have a small pastry/muffin section, coffee options as well as very good looking lunch amd dinner options. The wrap was smaller than expected but it was so good. The ginger juice was delicious and very gingery. Next time, I will order cassava fries also, should I choose the wrap again if pressed for time. It's a really great vibe. I look forward to returning over and over again.

It was cooked well but could have used a little more seasoning. The complimentary sauces helped, but didn't quite make up for it. I swapped the asparagus for broccoli rabe, and theirs was fantastic. Our waitress mentioned it gets mixed reactions, but honestly, that may just be broccoli rabe being naturally bitter. If you're a fan, get it. The rice was buttery and flavorful too. My companion's lamb chops were also very well seasoned. The fresh ginger juice was delicious, with ginger as the star and the pineapple and mint more subtle. Our waitress was helpful, though an internal miscommunication meant I didn't find out they were out of the mashed potatoes I ordered until after our food arrived. Also, bring a layer! Even on a high-80s day, that AC was COLD, and I normally love a cool room. Overall, there were a few misses, but I'm open to returning at some point, especially to explore the Italian side of the menu given the chef/owner spent time studying in Italy.
