    This is not a bad Kohls location and it's fairly organized and well maintained compared to other…read morelocations. When we came in we were treated by the security guard who also gave us a shopping cart. Walking around people asked if I needed help finding anything, which was nice to hear because you hear it less and less. I found decor for my playroom and for a great clearance price too it's worth looking in the back. Something I didn't care for was that two or three cashiers at the front were having their own loud conversation that wasn't very appropriate and they did not have the professionalism to cut the convo short for a minute and just resume after we checked out. The young man we had as our cashier though was incredibly professional and ultra polite. I don't go to kohls often but when I do it's typically to buy Nike or Adidas because I know they have it there.

On the way out I grabbed a Fenty Gloss instead for my sister. Here's where the issue came in. I put my card in, put in my pin and it said take your card out. She then says oh it didn't go through. So I repeated the process and this time she said I have to call Corporate. It came up as a duplicate purchase. The manager comes over and he's TRYING to explain to me that it didn't go through. Until I pulled up my bank account and the debt is already out of my account. I showed him my account 3 times and he kept saying it will drop off. No it won't it already came out of my account that's why it's saying duplicate. After he comes back he brings a receipt that's 5 minutes after the first receipt that says voided in store. It wasn't a void. My daughter was being really polite but he came off as rude, very rude. He wasn't listening to what we were saying. His facial expression showed he didn't care it was his way or no way. He then said she has to pay for it ...again. I said no I don't want it. The two people working were amazing. They saw I was handicapped and needed just a little more help. They smiled and talked to me with respect just as I was doing with them. Bryce the manager was very rude and didn't care that it came out of My account all he wanted to do was mansplane to us. When my daughter asked his name he said it with an attitude. For no reason. No one raised their voice at him not once. I love Sephora but I will never in my Life go back to that location because of him. He makes no one want to shop. And they are having a good sale.

Fred Meyer's employees put themselves at risk of infection every day. They are overworked and understaffed and underpaid. They, along with medical professionals and first responders, are keeping us alive right now. The only difference is that they are paid and respected much less by our society. To clear a few things up: Instacart: is not owned by Fred Meyer. If you have a problem with them, you shouldn't put that on Fred Meyer. Also: Instacart workers are also on the front lines, and need your compassion. It's a GOOD THING: that grocery stores are being strict about returns. THIS DISCOURAGES HOARDING, in addition to being SAFE. In times like this, we should only buy what we NEED. OK, so with that soapbox out of the way: Freddies is doing a great job, all things considered. Social distancing markers are in place on the floors. Employees are constantly sanitizing and/or changing out gloves. Food is getting re-stocked only days after the hoarders take it all. Despite all the added strain, employees remain cheerful and eager to help. Oh, and they are keeping alcohol sales going...essential indeed. Let's be nice, and keep it classy, Anchorage. We'll get through this.

I pulled into space number 17 and checked in with the color of my car. My check-in time was 6:23 PM. I waited and waited and waited. A guy came out with groceries and asked me for my pin number from the order and I gave it to him and he said oh I don't have the right order and will be out in a little bit. I waited and waited and waited. The lady next to me got her groceries after pulling in after me and said I may want to call the store number and let them know you've been waiting for over an hour. I did that at least four times and no answer. A guy was delivering groceries to someone else's car and I went over to him and I said it's been well over an hour and I still don't have my groceries and he said he would check into it next and bring them out. I waited another 15 minutes. I put in a call to the one 800 customer service and got a guy on the phone and he asked me all my information and he said he would check me in and I said I already did that at 6:23 PM. And he said he would do it again and by that time the guy finally came out with my groceries and he says well you have everything. I said well I'm not happy with the service and I feel as though I deserve something because my time is just as valuable as everybody else and it was clearly a complete screwup on their end. I said I'm not satisfied with that. He says well that's all he can do and I said it's not acceptable and I expect something and he hung up the phone on me. I went into the grocery store and talked to the manager and of course she wasn't very helpful. She said they had a refrigerator problem and the people had to run back back-and-forth in the store, not my problem. I got some sorry and there was nothing she could do so clearly she didn't care either. I called the one 800 customer service number back again and talk to a gentleman. explained the situation all over again. I said I feel as though my time is valuable and I'm not satisfied with how I was treated by anybody so far so he offered me a $10 coupon. To be honest with you, not looking to get my groceries for free, but certainly my time is worth more than $10 but at least he was decent to talk to and tried his best. It was a miserable order experience and doubt I would ever use it again if that's how they treat a so-called Walmart plus customer for their screw ups
