Trevor is awesome. We thought we might have bed bugs because I had been getting a ton of bites in a short period of time right after returning home from a trip. We cleaned and washed everything and still couldn't figure it out. Called Trevor and he showed up the same day (after normal working hours even) did a through inspection and showed us where they would normally hide, what to look for, and what they look like. We thankfully didn't have any signs of bed bugs but Trevor said to give him a call if we are still getting bites and he can recommend someone to bring a trained dog to sniff them out. CHAD SOLVED THE MYSTERY!!! After the WORST and most expensive 3 months of my life!! Yes i had bed bugs 3 months ago, a mild case. Had the house treated (by another company) with pesticides 6 times and was still getting "bites". I had 6 different exterminators inspect my house and none found any evidence, even the first one before the treatment never found anything. I went to a doctor and even a dermatologist. No one could tell me what was biting me. I finally had chad over and he said its possibly a reaction to the exoskeletons of carpet beetles. I didnt believe it. So i hired a dog sniffing company that Chad recommended to come (Green Dog). They found no evidence of bed bugs either. I finally googled carpet beetle allergy and BINGO! That was the answer!! I only wish i would have contacted him before i trashed my belongings and moved out of my house! Did I mention he didn't charge a cent?! Well, we had a scare (read: full blown panic attack) upon the discovery of a tiny bug on the bed. I snapped a photo of it and searched the internet to see if it matched that of a bedbug. I sent it to Trevor and he said it was hard to tell for sure. I didn't want to risk it so I had him come for an inspection. Trevor came over within a couple hours and did a full inspection. Luckily, we don't have them but we really appreciated his responsiveness and willingness to patiently answer our questions, which I'm sure he gets every single day. I called Trevor to help a family member to check for bed bugs in advance of her children and grandchildren arriving the next day. He carefully explained that ridding a bed, or house of the nasty little creatures is not a simple operation. He did say he would come that evening after completing another job for an inspection and then do his best to get some treatment the next day as the kids were coming that night. Here are the results: "Good news. No bed bugs ! The inspector (Trevor ) was just here. He was VERY thorough. Took my whole bed apart, down to the slats. Inspected mattress seams, bedding seams, wooden slat edges, turned the chair upside down. No evidence, which would be tiny feces dots (like pinheads), "skin-sheddings" (they shed their skin when outgrown like snakes). Absolutely nothing. I wanted to show him the guest room but he said "I do not even need to go there." They need live hosts to live and could not survive without food source. He did inspect "my TV chair" out and around. Nada. I happily paid the $40.00 inspection fee for giving me such good news right before the babies are coming." Trevor was very knowledgeable and honest and was able to diagnose our problem within minutes. We did not have bedbugs but rather bird mites from a bird nest that was right next to our bedroom window. Bird mites do bite like bed bugs do but they are a much less hectic problem. I would highly recommend bye bye bed bugs if you think you might have bed bugs or a similar pest! read more

Ok guys, if you're going to experience the absolute nightmare of having bedbugs, you WANT to get to know Trever and Bye Bye Bed Bugs. I was so distraught about it that after researching bedbugs online I actually emailed Jeff White at bed bug central and he specifically recommended Trever's services for San Diego area. Jeff said if you really want to get rid of bedbugs permanently you need to go with a company who knows what they're doing, and Trever knows what he's doing. Trever came to our home and took the time to listen to the details of our particular situation and then teach us how to prepare well so that the heat treatment would be as effective as possible. With some of the other companies we had come in to give a quote, I had the uncomfortable feeling that they wouldn't mind if our problem wasn't completely eradicated because they wouldn't be too sad about having to come back and charge us another chunk of money to do the treatment again. But Trever was not like that at all. He was super easy to talk to (he's a totally cool guy that you would want to hang out with on the weekends), professional, and dependable. After he came in our stress levels went down a lot because we really felt like we were in great hands and could look forward to the problem being solved. We've had zero problems with anything bedbug-related since and it's now been over three months. He was incredibly thorough and there was also no damage to anything in our house, probably because of how well he taught us to prepare and also because he is careful and obviously takes pride in doing a good job. So I have had a minor bed bug problem the last month . I do not live close to where Bye Bye Bed Bugs people can come to me so easily. But Trevor still called me and spoke to me Abt the treatment I am receiving.my situation is being handled by pesticides and even though I have only found a few bugs one bug came back and the treatment had to be re done. I had a tenant who was certain she had bed bugs. I did some research and decided heat treatment would give me the best results with the least inconvenience to me and my tenant. The cost is a bit more than spraying, but my tenant would have had to empty all her closets and drawers and I would have to rely on her to properly treat all her clothes. One missed item and the whole problem would start again. Plus, chemical treatment requires two or three treatments (including emptying closets and dresser drawers each time). With multiple units, I didn't want to run the risk of the bed bugs spreading. I called Trevor at Bye Bye Bed Bugs. He came out and did an inspection to confirm my tenant actually had bed bugs. I was pretty sure she did, and just wanted the house to be treated as soon as possible. He spent about 20 minutes inspecting the house and determined that there were no bed bugs. Fantastic! I highly recommend Trevor. He came over within two hours to check the bed and my favorite chair I use all the time for bedbugs after I woke up a couple days in a row with new/additional bumps on my feet, legs, and rest of my body. Turns out it was not bedbugs (thankfully!) due to Trevor's inspection. He took my bed apart, took off the dust mite cover, checked my headboard and my chair I sit on all the time. He took time to explain what he was looking for and where to find them.
