Angle our tech was very professional. He sprayed around all the areas by our home and out building. I wish I would have had him spray the yard more as we still have ants coming in. He arrived on time and was professional and thorough. He spent over an hour at my home creating a barrier that no any will ever get through! I'm so glad I found Bulls Eye. Yelp does not have the option for 1/2 stars... my rating is 4 1/2 stars. Shane Boyd listened to my concerns regarding bees/wasps and vermin. He addressed my situations. Bait stations were already in place by Bull's Eye Pest, but Shane actually listened to me and put traps to capture the vermin. I was told to call when I noticed or smelled the vermin that were trapped. Unfortunately, it was Saturday afternoon when I noticed and smelled the vermin... but Bull's Eye Pest was already closed. I left messages on their voicemail. So it's now Sunday and the smell is unbearable! On that note it wasn't until Monday early morning, when Shane came out to remove the caught vermin ( which I'm grateful). I asked for new bait stations and new traps ( due to the foul odor). Unfortunately, Shane informed me he would bring new bait station on his next regular service visit. I don't know if he didn't have any new ones on his truck or not. This is why it's a 4.5 star rating and not a 5 star rating. Suggestion: 1. have extra equipment on truck just in case a client needs something. 2. Have someone available on weekends to remove caught vermin. Overall I am satisfied with Bull's Eye Pest Control. Technician Shane does listen and takes care of the concerns.
