Brad Smith and his team are great. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They were able to get my Lexus in and change the timing belt, water pump, spark plugs, brakes and more in short notice. Brad didn't try to talk me into anything extra, he just made some recommendations and explained everything thoroughly as to why it was necessary and a good idea to do while it's already apart.
