This is the reason we chose him. He fixed the deadbolt locks on my home doors. He met his competition price (his initial quote was a little higher). Every door is different and he did extra work on my doors with NO EXTRA charge. He told me that some locksmiths quote you a low price and then charge you extra as most doors require some custom work. He was Quick and efficient. I had 2 doors re-keyed and one lock replaced. The only problem I had, was he didn't clean up the stuff he took off the doors. I guess I should have reminded him, but I was busy as I Had just moved in to my new home. I didn't think I should have to do that. So my suggestion if you hire him, to remind him to clean up when he's finished. He does a good job. read more

Nathan did amazing job changing the locks on our new house. He made all locks match with one key. The front door had an old and broken Baldwin lock that would have been $1000 replace. Days ago we had coordinated with another locksmith to get our front door rekeyed today, but he ended up flaking on us at the last minute because he "got a higher paying job for a big bank." Nathan is the BEST LOCKSMITH! I went to yelp after four days of attempts cof calling two of my previous locksmith for my rental property in Seal Beach. The one in Santa Ana line was always busy and no way to leave a message and the local locksmith in Los Alamitos always had an answering service and never back. Had actually called another company in my area who was at an appointment and couldn't get to me for almost an hour and a half. Recommended I went with Nathan at BZB Lock & Key, stated that they worked with Nathan on projects before and that he was reliable, professional, and above all trust worthy.
