I don't normally give out 5 stars but this lady who cut my hair did a superb job! I called to make an appointment but they don't accept just for hair cut. I went in there with zero willingness to wait but luckily I didn't have to wait that long. The girls seem friendly and the lady who cut my hair (damn me for not asking her name!) doesn't speak a word of English and we needed a translator. another hair dresser translated for us and I showed her the picture of what I wanted as well. then they convinced me for a wash and blow dry for another $15 making my complete look for $30!!!!!!!!the translator then apologized for the lady not speaking English and I'm like "I don't care! as long as she knows what she's doing!" I hate making conversation with hairdressers and it was perfect for me. a complete silence! for a whole 20 mins she cut my hair. for a second, I was nervous that she'd cut too short but she showed me to see if the length she's going to cut was good. I understood and we were fine not speaking one word! I gave her good tips and I LOVE how my hair came out. she did a great job! I'll be going there from now on for sure!!!! wash, cut and blow dry for 30 bucks?????????? OH HELL YEAH! I hope they don't hike up the price after this........lol read more

I love getting my Brazilian Blowouts here. You cannot beat their price. I've paid double at other salons, and my sister was quoted triple at her salon. I get 3 a year done here and they are done properly and last, just make sure you use the Brazilian Blowout products to make it last. I literally wash and go in the morning. read more

Update: I came back to give this place another chance, big mistake. They totally ruined my son's and husband's haircut. When it was clear that the "hairstylist" didn't know what she was doing, we just told her to leave it alone and ended up shaving their heads. So basically, I paid someone else so I could do the job myself. Never again. Terrible service, terrible work, terrible ethics. I came in and the lady said it would be about 20 min, so I said I'd return in 20 min. After about 30 min I came back, the lady said it would be another 15 minutes (she said Jackie would be coming to help). I've been sitting here for about 40 minutes and still nothing. I hate it when business's don't respect your time. I don't mind waiting, but have enough pride in your ethics to be honest about the wait time. read more

I've been going here since I was a little girl. In fact my entire family comes here (mom, brothers and sister). I've encountered many experiences that genuinely left me satisfied with the work. During prom I remember Jackie was very busy and I thought I'd be late to prom. In less than just 30 minutes she did my hair and make up. And I was still able to make it to prom. The work she did was amazing! I even recommended a friend for her prom. Just a few weeks ago I wanted to dye my hair for the first time and although I was a bit worried I loved the outcome! Lori dyed my hair and although it felt like it took forever I was so happy when she was all done. She took her time and really showed she cared about the product not damaging my hair. Its been a month and my hair still looks great! They are such lovely people. They care about business but enhance a little more care on customer satisfaction and that's why I keep coming back. They are truly amazing. They care about their customers needs rather than getting them out as soon as they can. I'd recommend anyone to come here for even a haircut. It's my only place to go to when it comes to my hair and eyebrows. Jackie and Lori are both super sweet and I love the work they do! Their scissors really are golden. :) read more
