Cool store! A real mish-mash of pet stuff, farming stuff, country decorating stuff, snacks and even clothing. I'd say it's worth going in for a peak, just to see what they have. read more

I'm giving this Good Will 5 stars because it is very clean and fairly organized. Unlike other thrift stores, it does not feel dusty and there is a fair amount of merchandise to look through. You may need to run around the store for help if you want to get into a dressing room. read more

This is an awesome store!!! Clean. Friendly. I was wondering around and was greeted within a couple of minutes. Told the employee what I was looking for and what I was going to do with it and he actually directed me to a cheaper better solution! No matter what you are looking for you might find it here. I absolutely love this store! From the wide range of selection they have from firearms to decor and etc. This is what had me coming back but from a recent experience with an employee(s) and manager I'm not so happy. I couldn't get a simple refund back on my card and the cashier didn't tell me about how he was going to give me a gift card instead. He asked me to sign and I refused, he was inconsiderate and wasn't updating me on why my refund couldn't be set back to my debit card. I asked to speak to a manager and he seemed as if was such a inconvenience for him. The manger barley even talked to me as well. I felt like I was being discriminated for my color of skin and I know I'm not the only customer that has received this feeling as well. No matter the circumstances I should have been treated nicer I bought my recite and items that I wanted to return I had no fault in why I couldn't get any refund back either cash or card. I also advise to see some diversity in employees. And the older employee behind the weapons counter really needs to watch his/her attitude. It's like a full face of disapprove every time my husband & I come and look. The amount of disrespect is ridiculous. This store was the closest western store to my house but after treatment like this I truly don't mind driving to a store with more generous employees. read more

Sad no rating lower than 1 star. DO NOT ORDER BEES FROM THIS CHAIN. They are setting up Arizona customers for dead bees after install. Original ship date 2nd week of March when its still cool enough to get them safely. No notification that they have pushed out ship date to last week of April. WAY TOO HOT in Southwest Desert to be shipping bees. The unscrupulous vendor supplying the bees CF Koehnen and sons will get there money and wash their hands of the death of the bees being shipped to Southwest Desert. Cal ranch agreement for customer will not allow for rejecting sick/weak bees upon inspection of their arrival in Cal ranch stores. The customer will be screwed with packages of bees that WILL fail after installation. The know nothing corporate cal ranch representative just DOES NOT CARE. They are being trucked from willow ca to southern utah, revivied and handled again. Then shipped to southern arizona. Too long in transport across rough roads. Too long with out proper humidity. Half arse attempt too keep them cool is not the thing that will ensure they arrive safely and healthy. Junior chipmonk corporate weiner has NO CLUE!!!!! Scrupulous bee vendors across the rest of the nation have canceled bee shipments to the desert southwest effective early March due to earlier then expected heat. The worst part is the fact CAL RANCH DID NOT NOTIFY CUSTOMERS EXPECTING BEES EARLY MARCH. THE DEADLINE TO CANCEL AND GET FULL REFUND IS MARCH 23. BLATANT AND INTENTIONAL TO INSURE CAL RANCH SCREWS OVER UNSUSPECTING CUSTOMERS. AND THEY KEEP YOUR MONEY... SPOKE WITH OTHER LONGTIME BEE KEEPERS IN VALLEY AND WE ALL AGREE CAL RANCH IS LOWER THAN WHALE POOP. MANY OF OUR CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINING ABOUT THE LACK OF ETHICS AND MORALS. I was recently at Cal Ranch and my attention was drawn to another customer who was noticing the baby chicks and ducklings had no water and not just one but several bins she brought that to the attention of one of the employees who said they're fine. Thinking that this may have been a younger employee and not to attuned to what small animals need I walked towards the manager about 15 minutes later and told her that I personally observed that there was no water in about four or five of the containers with the chicks and ducklings. She appeared to be very annoyed with me and blankly said they're fine we check them periodically and it was pretty clear by the filthy water they had that it was not a priority of that particular CAL Ranch store. It is a shame that they sell live animals there and don't take the care that is needed to keep them healthy and thriving. I can only hope that the owner of this Store franchise will pay attention to these reviews and take some action. The manager was apathetic and rude and I don't plan on going in there anymore for any of my business and plan on telling as many people as I know that are animal lovers about that behavior. read more
