It wasn't the worst eye sore but you could notice it while driving so unfortunately I had to fix it myself. Also, some of the rubber on top and bottom of windshield is messed up and looks like they didn't put it back properly. Lastly, I've been pretty lightheaded with my new windshield and it's most likely due to them installing a cheap after market windshield. Won't be coming back here, I'd stay far away from this place.

Called Rocky the same day for a windshield repair, and he said he had availability the next morning. Next morning comes and Aren was very communicative about when he would arrive, keeping us updated with his ETA. He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. It is now 3:25 PM--nearly four and a half hours later--and I have just been informed it will take at least another hour. ​A projected 3-hour job has now turned into a 5.5-hour ordeal. ​This lack of transparency is completely unacceptable. Because I trusted your initial estimate, I told my daughter not to take her lunch, as I expected to pick her up by 2:00 PM. Instead, I am still sitting here while she is left waiting and hungry. ​If you only have one technician available, you have a responsibility to inform customers before they arrive for an appointment. It is incredibly disrespectful to overbook your schedule and expect customers to pay the price for your staffing shortages. I expected much better professional standards than what I experienced today.
