Man I came here looking for a good spot to get things done the right way I came to replace my window motor guys didn't have the part I had to bring em so they can install it. Nothing nice to say about this place, I had my front window replaced 2days ago last night I was on freeway and all of sudden I heard this loud hard whooshing sound literally scared the shit out of me so I exited freeway pulled into gas station and took a look at my window. WTF? The lining around the whole window frame lifted the adhesive came off. Now I'm stuck on weather to go have them do it over and correct this time or ask for my money back go to someone elI really don't have the time this is such an inconvenience. There are 3 white opaque round imperfections in the glass that I thought could wash off in the car wash. So I drive back to Palmdale and eventually went to a car wash. I vigorous rubbed both inside and outside of the windshield. The 3 imperfections are inside the glass. They don't interfere with the strength of the windshield, but they should have been brought to my attention and I should have been offered a discount or something. I noticed them right away but I want feeling well enough to argue with them and I got busy with work. I called Californai auto glass ( which is diagonal from low price), primo auto glass which is at the corner, and atlantik auto glass and by far Low prices stood to its name they charged me $15 less than everyone else. They replaced my passenger front door window on my '94 honda accord.( which was shattered by idiots robbers) for only $55. It couldnt get any better than that plus they were nice enough to vacum all the shattered glass that was in the car. I called ahead by only 30 mins and they told me to come right in. didnt wait much ( 30 mins) and my window was done. It looks good no damage to my paint or anything. I've been coming here since 2002 or so and they are quick, friendly, competent, and "priced low". I send everyone who asks to this place. I've had windshields replaced and a couple of side windows when they were all busted out. They cleaned as much of the broken glass as they could. I've had window rollers replaced because the glass was falling off the tracks. If you've owned a 1991-1996 Chevrolet Caprice or Impala you know the rear windows ALWAYS fail. I've seen some places charge $30 for the kit and you have to install yourself. I paid about $30 or less for their parts with installation. In and out within 30 mins too. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because the window strip on top of the new windshield I had them install came loose soon after (yes I kept the blue tape on there). It's been years since it came off. I still have it, so when I get around to going back, if they fix it with no hassle I will give the 5th star. As with any shop I recommend watching your car somewhat, or at least checking it out after installation. Mistakes happen (scratched panit, etc.). Hasn't happened to me, but let's keep it real, you'd be upset if you found something after you left their lot. read more

It took me four visits and having to purchase an OEM windshield seal from a dealer on my own time before they could get my Subaru in decent shape. They didn't tell me they only carry aftermarket ones that have huge gaps and their solution is to fill the gaps with gobs of glue. I'm sure this place probably has low prices, but their quality of customer service is also low. Unfortunately I have to give the 2 star rating due to the fact that they would not honor my deposit. It had been about 4 months, but still they made no effort to accommodate me despite me putting money down for a new windshield. Not only were they going to charge me more than the price they quoted me before, but they were going to also make me wait 3 days for the installation. So I went across the street and payed a lot less and got the same day service I was hoping for.
