They helped me find a great used SAAB with all the features I was looking for. Reasonable price, quality vehicle.

I'll be honest -- I never expected to be writing a *glowing* review of a car dealership. But my…read moreexperience at Westboro Toyota on Route 9 in Westborough, MA was so genuinely good that I had to share it. It started with a bad situation: my old Camry needed $4,000 in repairs on top of $3,000 I'd already spent on it last year. Then my wife's car developed a power steering fluid leak *and* a fuel leak -- $6,000 in repairs on a car we paid $4,000 for. We needed two cars, fast. We headed to Westboro Toyota and were paired with salesperson **Adel Botros**. From the start, he was patient, transparent, and genuinely tried to understand what we needed. My wife wanted the lowest lease payment possible. I wanted a Corolla to purchase. Her 84-year-old mother (who came along for the ride) needed something easy to get in and out of. My wife test drove a Corolla LE first, but her mom found it too low to the ground -- she struggled to see over the dashboard and had trouble getting in and out of it. Since she relies on my wife to drive her everywhere, she offered to help with the payments if my wife would consider something more comfortable. So we asked Adel if she could also test drive a Corolla Cross SUV -- a significantly bigger jump in price. Many salespeople would have shown their frustration at that kind of mid-process pivot, but Adel didn't flinch. He smiled, grabbed the keys, and made it happen without a hint of hesitation. I tested the Corolla Sport Edition Hybrid, but when my purchase price was out of reach, Adel didn't just shrug -- he quietly worked up an alternative and turned his screen around showing me exactly the monthly number I had asked for, on a gas-only Corolla SE. Same great car, different powertrain -- and honestly, I liked it even better on the test drive. I even emailed him after getting home to ask if I could switch my reserved car's color to silver. He texted me the next morning to say one had arrived *that very day* and I could come sign paperwork that night. That's the kind of follow-through you don't forget. **Finance Manager Matt White** was equally impressive -- clear, friendly, and made what is usually the most painful part of buying a car feel completely painless. If you're car shopping, do yourself a favor: go to Westboro Toyota, ask for **Adel Botros**, and let Matt handle your financing. We were a picky, ever-changing group of customers and they treated us like we were their most important clients the entire time. Absolutely earned a 5-star experience. ***

They also charged the warranty company more than originally quoted for the engine timing cover reseal. After the repair, I found a scratch on the car that appeared to be covered with a touch-up pen, but they did not admit responsibility. About 100 miles later, the engine died. After the engine replacement work, the car was returned dirty outside and inside, with dirty fingerprints left in the interior. The manager never offered a real apology or took accountability. I lost confidence in this service department and will take my business elsewhere.

For example, if you trade in a car valued at $20,000, and sales tax in your state is 5%, you receiving a $21,000 equivalent, because your don't have to pay taxes on the $20,000 trade in value. I wasn't satisfied with this offer from Tesla, so I requested offers online. CarMax provided the best price by a good margin. Even after discounting the tax advantage, it was several thousand dollars better than Tesla's valuation, and CarMax claimed their process was very straight forward. Most of the transaction was done online, I uploaded their requested documents (license, registration, etc.). I was then asked when I would like to bring in my car for inspection and sale. A few days later, I arrived at my designated appointment time, and was promptly greeted at their front desk in their rather cavernous reception area. It's a bright and clean space, and was fairly quiet on this particular afternoon. I was told to drive my car into their garage for inspection, and return to their business office. About 10 minutes later, a very nice representative (Liz) told me that she was working on my paperwork, which would be ready in about 15 minutes. Liz returned with the paperwork, and patiently explained the few pieces of paper I was signing. I signed over the title and she handed me a check for the agreed upon amount. I was also given copies of all the paperwork and my license plates. She advised that I contact the registry quickly and destroy the plates if they weren't being transferred. I'd estimate about thirty minutes start to finish. I sold my car for a fair offer, lower than if I tried to find a private party sale, but safer, easier and no hassles. I can't comment on services related to buying a car here, but I was very satisfied selling my car here.

Building was new, maybe 1.or 2 years old, very nicely done. You drive up to the big service doors and they automatically open into a big heated garage. I was met by the Asst Service Manager who was very accommodating. I grabbed a quick coffee and left. I received several emails and text messages with the diagnostic issue, needed an alternator. Had to wait 4 days for that, but in the meantime, I had them do a complete service, The Works. I received the call the following Monday saying the car was ready. I arrived shortly after and they said it was being washed and vacuumed, it would be a few. 10 minutes later, the technician brought around my car and I never seen it so clean and shiny, both inside and outside. The steering wheel not the seat had any dirt or grease on it from the technician. I've been to other dealerships and that was indeed the case. I was thrilled to say the least!! Almost like they waxed it too! Needless to say, it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. My only suggestion, as this is supposed to be the 'Lincoln Experience' and other Lincoln dealerships have it, they should offer espresso's to the customers besides kcups. Well done!

We called the next day(friday) & were told the car should be ready for pickup late in the day as they were going to get vehicle registration done. It wasn't done and we were told it would be done Monday. On Monday, we were told Tuesday. On Tuesday, we were told Wednesday. We were told they didn't have any "loner cars" or courtesy vehicles to use while they held the car hostage - they own a dozen dealerships within 2 miles of where we were & not a single vehicle available...Such a pile of BS & the OPPOSITE of basic customer service. We finally got the car Thursday evening after work. Every step of the way we were lied to, they distorted the facts, withheld the truth, got snippy over the phone, and blame-shifted...every stereotype that you could think up about car salespeople, we lived. I don't think Herb Chambers earned his billions by treating people this way. Perhaps since he sold his dealerships to the outfit from GA, those left behind are intentionally trying to ruin his good name. Learn from our mistake...Do not buy a car from this clown show.

They didn't mention what was wrong with the existing wiring or why they had to use the courtesy light circuit, but at least they're working now. However, if my foglight switch is turned on and I open any door, they turn on. LOL Nice hack Herb Chambers. Honestly I would've paid more if you got it done right instead of using a shortcut... The oil pressure problem was due to severely low oil levels. Totally my fault, and after topping off the oil, the problem has mostly gone away although once in awhile upon a cold start, it'll come on for a bit and go away once the truck is warm. Fine. Here's my biggest problem. They didn't even try to look at my alignment and front end problem because they claimed there was black stuff all under the undercarriage. That "black stuff" is undercoat spray from a shop that does rust prevention. Yeah, it's black but if you're a seasoned Ford mechanic, you should know what you're looking for and a coat of black spray is a poor excuse for not even trying to diagnose the problem. Instead? They tell me I've got other problems on the truck and of course I naively offered to pay to get those fixed. Thousands of dollars later, whatever the heck those problems were, were fixed but not the one major issue that I brought the truck in for. I ended up taking my truck to a local shop in Bolton, MA (Myerson Garage) and they quickly identified the problem and fixed it. My truck drives like new now. Lesson for you all is, don't bring your vehicle to a dealership for repairs because if the job is too big, they won't want to work on it. Instead, they look for quick jobs to sucker you into like brake pads and rotors, suspension repair, etc.

On December 3, 2019, I acquired a 2017 Nissan Rogue that had recently been returned from a lease in…read moreMassachusetts, with 19,000 miles on the odometer. From the outset, I consistently maintained my loyalty to a Nissan dealership for all recommended service requirements and new tire purchases. The vehicle appeared to be in excellent condition, both internally and externally. However, on December 23, 2025, at 87,000 miles, the passenger rear wheel exhibited inward camber during a very short trip. This occurred two weeks after the dealership had rotated the tires, changed the oil, and a second mechanic conducted a safety inspection for the annual inspection sticker. Upon towing the vehicle to a local garage, it became evident that the rear suspension was severely corroded, necessitating the replacement of both sides at a cost of $3,500. Following inquiries with both the dealership and Nissan Consumer Affairs, I was reminded that I was no longer covered by any warranty protection (loyalty/good will are mere words that are exempt from their vocabulary), and neither entity was willing to provide any support whatsoever. Consequently, neither was prepared to offer any financial assistance. Notably, I had never driven in proximity to saltwater, and this peculiar anomaly is undoubtedly indicative of subpar quality steel. Their "too bad, so sad" responses effectively convey a one-and-done, foolhardy loyalty for me. It is difficult to comprehend the potential danger of driving down the turnpike at 70 mph and having the wheel pass by as a weapon while the car spins out of control in the high-speed lane. If you are a Nissan owner, I strongly advise you to be aware of this issue, as I believe it is unlikely to be a one-time occurrence. As a follow-up to the "owner's" request to contact Rt.9 to discuss (after reading my review)... The discussion centered on the dealership's position that they are not the appropriate party to address my concerns. Representatives from Rt. 9 Nissan indicated they are unable / unwilling to assist further, citing Nissan Corporate's statement that there is no active recall for the failure of the 2017 Rogue suspension components. While they acknowledged and apologized for failing to identify the dangerous condition during my just prior oil change and tire rotation, they maintain that they are not obligated to provide assistance. As a result, they consider this case closed.
