I had no drop outs or lapse in TV services whatsoever. The only thing that drove me batty at the time was when the set top boxes would shut off after a certain amount of hours of inactivity. But they had channels on their service that other provides did not. FYI- At the time, they were Surewest before the name Consolidated and before it was Roseville Telephone company. Comcast previously was the only TV provider at the time that offered high speed internet except in the case of Surewest which had DSL at the time. It was great to switch then in the area. Enjoyed the service for many months before I moved. Wonder if the staff from the old Surewest are still with the company in Roseville? I cannot speak for today but There was a good thing happening back in the day and hopefully it continues.

They will not prorate last bill if you cancel. If you plan on cancelling their service wait closer to the end of your billing cycle. They are going to charge you the full amount, even if you stop their service only a few days into you new billing cycle. They also have been advertising that they would get their fiber internet service in our area for years and they still do not have it in our area. I had been a customer of this company since it use to be surewest and it use to be a good company to be with. It has gone downhill. Stay away.

Before fiber we had 9 mbps now we have 900 download speed an 700 upload speed (May have those switched) but Tou had to dig to the underground box where the boar operators installed the fiber an he pulled new fiber through our conduit (thank the lord we had existing conduit) he installed our new modem an got us set up! It was a hot day an he made it happen! We've had a lot of frontier guys out here but Tou was the best! Top notch service an made sure we were up an running on multiple devices. Unfortunately, we determined the cooktop we wanted would not fit our countertop, and we had to go with a different brand and model, that Filco didn't (can't) sell. So, I purchased only the vent hood. He kept me informed of the shipping status (it was out of stock nationwide), and when it came a few weeks later, he let me know right away. I chose to pick it up myself, and it was quick and easy (he was busy with a customer, and asked another staff to help loading it in my car for me).
