Bret was courteous and professional. We called him when we decided to finally replace our Dish Network service with Starlink at our weekend vacation home in Groveland. We were so lucky he was able to squeeze us in on a weekend about two weeks out. I tried to make sure I had everything he might need prior to our appointment. In addition to the Starlink satellite, I had purchased a mount, a longer cable, and cable routing kit, as well as a few Eero routers. Bret educated me on which items would work well and which wouldn't and took the time to explain why. Luckily he carries with him any parts you may need and doesn't overcharge for them either. I was able to return everything that wasn't used and actually saved on my equipment costs. He installed the Starlink satellite and helped us set up the Eero routers. He also asked us to test the connection and was more than happy to answer all of my questions. Brett is the perfect example of excellent customer service and job perfection. We had a different Dish Network Rep come out and fix our damage dish a couple of weeks ago, but it still wasn't working correctly. We called up Brett and he was able to meet us within our limited schedule (we are weekenders). He quickly found the issue and cleaned up the sloppy mess the other contractor created. This Christmas, after all the snow we've had this year, I called Brett to give my husband a Christmas present of a dish heater. Needed to swap out my old Directv system for new HD at 5000ft elevation. Brett gave me an available date, texted me a confirmation and arrived on time. In nothing flat he installed the new antenna, dialed in the three satellites necessary and ran new cabling under the house. Once connected, he made sure the universal remote was fully functional and I had a solid understanding of the new system.
