I live in a remote location, their installers went out of their way to find a location on my property where they could connect with one of their towers. Since then they have been fantastic if I had any issues. I upload hundreds of high resolution pictures to our cooperate office a couple times a week, they have always got my uploads through, previous company couldn't handle it. The times I have needed to talk with the staff I sensed they truly wanted to help me out, I needed increased upload speed and they supplied it, yes it cost more, but that is the cost of doing business. So keep up the excellent work folks.

    We've been dealing with this company for 10yrs and finally had enough of their problems and…read moreexcuses. Every time we call about a problem, it's ALWAYS our fault. Called them 4 weeks ago about having issues sending pictures through a text and about dropped calls and dragging tv, she once again, blamed it on us. Telling us that we're running too many devices and that if we wanted to send a picture, we had to unplug our Alexa and turn our tvs off. Are you kidding me ?? We have 2 tv, an alexa, plus 2 phones and a tablet and this is too many devices for this company to handle ?? SERIOUSLY !!! She mentioned about upgrading our package, which we agreed to and she had no problem changing it, but after 2 weeks of not seeing a difference, we immediately called them to have them switch it back to the lower package, cuz it made no difference. The manager claimed she switched us back but when my husband called them today to make our payment, she mentioned we owed $75 and my husband lost his shit. She NEVER switched us back and called us both liars, saying we never called. I've never in my life had a company treat us so badly. Conifer needs to get rid of her and NOW. Every time we called her about an issue, the issue was always on our end. She never once took accountability and when we asked her how many megabytes we were getting, she said 25mbps. No wonder why she told us that we had to unplug our devices before doing anything, cuz this company doesn't have the capability to run enough speed to a small house of 2. Because of the POOR MANAGEMENT there, we are dropping them and going with Starlink. We can get 200mbps for the same price and get BETTER TREATMENT, something the manager from Conifer could take lessons from. If you care how you get treated, STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE, cuz they definitely don't care about their customers and today it clearly showed who they really are. WE'RE DONE WITH THEM !!!!!!

    I came into the Sonora store because my phone was having an intermittent issue. I explained that…read morethe problem comes and goes. The two employees working told me that unless they could replicate the issue right there in the store, they couldn't help. They suggested I go home, get my Apple charger and Apple earphones, and bring everything back to demonstrate the problem. When I asked whether they didn't believe me, the young man repeated, "If we can't replicate the issue, we can't help you." Since I pay for full insurance on the device, I expected some troubleshooting or at least guidance, but there was none. Later that afternoon, I called Verizon's customer service line and explained the situation again. I was transferred several times and had to repeat the issue with each person until I reached Verizon technical support. They identified the problem immediately and told me it would get worse, saying, "It just happens sometimes." They approved a replacement on the spot. Even with full insurance, the replacement cost $90, and when UPS delivered the device there was another $33 charge. I also learned that the insurance isn't handled by Verizon at all--it's Asurion--so you have to file a claim directly with them. I had hoped the in-store experience was an isolated situation, but after reading the reviews, it's clear it isn't. I'm sharing this so the store can improve training on how to handle intermittent device issues and better support customers who are already paying for protection. It would also help if the insurance coverage and actual costs were fully explained when people purchase their phones. If everything must be handled over the phone or online, then the store functions only as a sales location, not a service one.
