Storage container moving- I called Roadone to move a shipping container, a container that they delivered to the same location 4 years ago. Unfortunately, they sent a delicate flower instead of a driver! After 30 minutes of walking up and down the driveway, the driver determined that he was incapable of using reverse, or perhaps reverse wasn't functioning on his truck. After a call to his supervisor, he left. Which gave me my second bad opinion of the day, what kind of supervisor let's a driver make a bad decision like this AFTER they are ino a job for 4 hours and approximately 125.00 in fuel.. if they make these bad business decisions regularly they are going to have to raise rates on service calls and storage fees! They refused to even refer another company to me and I needed to move the container within 24 hours in order to close escrow on my father's house, who recently passed. After an hour of phone work I discovered C&D Towing. The man who answered was smart enough to Google earth the pick up and drop off location, he immediately determined that backing up 300ft would not be a problem for his drivers. The truck and drivers that came were outstanding, they were nice and incredibly competent.. backed up the driveway in less than 10 minutes (be sure to checqk out the driveway screenshot below) If you need to move a container or be towed, and have no time for nonsense, call C&D Towing, they'll send equipment that works and drivers that know how to use it! read more

This Co. is super shady. They stole $600 of mine from my friends middle console after we were struck by a kid running a red light on early Sat morn at 1:30am. The police used them as the tow service & towed the vehicle to their yard on commercial st. Being in a severe accident the $ wasn't on our minds & forgot to grab out of vehicle. We tried contacting immediately & once we reached them they said we couldn't access the vehicle & the yard would be closed until Monday. Show up Monday at 11:00am to grab all the belongings left behind & the $'s gone. All other belongings still in it. They denied it while being extremely defensive & rude. The manager's name is David Reynolds & is extremely rude. The drivers name is Omar. SDPD has been contacted. These guys have all bad reviews on yelp saying the same thing that they're "SHADY"! I had the woman tell me on phone she would flag, deny or erase this comment somehow & was super rude. She asked me if I had recorded & why would I leave it in there anyways? STAY AWAY............ I have a fleet of vehicles that are managed through a fleet company, so they're the ones that chose this location to tow one of my service trucks. C&D came unprepared with a small truck after we told them what was needed. This prolonged my employees time sitting and waiting. One of the tow trucks damaged my customers property by breaking sprinkler heads and ice plant. This customer of mine called to inform us that this happened and when I reached out to C&D I spoke to Juan who claims he's the owner, which for an owner was very unprofessional calling me dude and bro over and over. I tried explaining to him what my customer states and he started yelling at me refusing they did any wrong, I let him know my customer would like a phone call to discuss it, he refused and said you have my number she can call me. I asked what his last name was and he said you don't need it. I've already black listed this company I suggest everyone else do the same. The WORST!!!!!! read more

The rear tire on my Harley-Davidson went flat and I needed a tow. AAA sent C&D and a flat-bed. In its 13 years this bike has only been towed once before and that experience left scratches on the handlebars and fairing. So I was apprehensive. When the driver arrived he proclaimed, "I'm Rudy, and I'm here to help." This TV entrance did little to calm my apprehensions but as he went to work I was amazed at his attention to detail and the steps he took to secure the bike yet make sure that no harm would come to it. I didn't want to write a review but after talking with a couple friends that had the same experience with him I had to. Marcus was very unprofessional and creepy. He harassed me for my number and kept flirting with me non stop. I felt very uncomfortable. He comes off as nice but then he starts making personal conversations and starts flirting and I caught him staring at my body. I believe he's married because of the ring I saw and if he is I wish his wife sees this and leaves him for being an ahole. Two weeks ago, I had a flat on the 60 W and called AAA who had this company come out to assist. Larry and Bryan arrived in less time than estimated and were two of the most professional and polite gentlemen I have encountered in a while. My car stopped on me while driving I called AAA and they dispatched C&D Towing . Not even 5 minutes after I hung up the phone I received a phone call from Marco (tow driver) saying he would be there in 15 minutes and actually showed up in about 10 minutes! The tow truck drivers are lazy and vulgar. They like to park next to my apartment complex and take naps, play on their phones, and have little tow truck "parties". My wife was taking my kids to school and a group of these louts sexually harassed her on her way from my apartment to the car. Absolute awful and vile behavior and this towing company should be ashamed to have hired with such complacency. I would NOT recommend them. Call a dealership or a more trusted agent. read more

Namear from C&D towing helped us out yesterday and he was so kind! Our battery died while we were in a shopping mall, we called C&D towing and Namear came and helped us out. He arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule, quickly started our car, and even advised us of freeway closures so that we didn't get stuck in traffic on the way home. Leonard is AMAZING!!! Yesterday I hit a curb and popped my tire!! He arrived within 30 minutes, after being told by Hyundai it would be an hour and a half and he put my spare on!!
