The sauce was good enough to eat like you would Chocolate sauce with ice cream. You're not going to leave any behind. Perfect sandwich saved me. Collard greens...perfectly cooked and seasoned, not too salty, pieces of bbq meat flavoring it nicely. Perfect side. Mac N Cheese...correctly cooked noodles, perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper, and cheese throughout, though not the gooey cheesy saucy kind of cheese...not velveeta "cheese". Really nice side. The corn nuggets were only "mehh"... pleasant but not memorable. The brisket was made more edible by being chopped but nothing succulent about. The baked sweet potato was large, well baked to a tend softness which you want and they remembered the cinnamon butter. The garlic toast appeared to just be the frozen Garlic Texas toast from the grocery store. Nothing notable about that whatsoever. The best thing and most palatable item we received were the ribs. They were actually very good but they could not make up for all the deficits. Disappointed. You ain't no Terry Black's. Not a bit of juiciness to be found in the entirety of our meal. In actuality it is Korean food served in a Mexican "vehicle". In other words it's Korean food wrapped in a tortilla, like a Korean burrito. There are also tacos made with Korean filling. I ordered the Chicken burrito. The chicken tasted great, but I found it to be low quality meat. There were a few questionable pieces I had to spit out of my mouth. The chicken is marinated in Korean spices, & joins lettuce, cheese, & rice. This is all wrapped in a tortilla like a burrito. A special gochujang-mayo sauce is added which is pretty tasty. I may return again, but I will bypass the chicken & choose a different protein.
