My wife got 4 rib bones with slaw and mac & cheese. The meats were perfect with a very good smoke taste and very tender. All four sides were classic BBQ house offerings and complimented the meat perfectly. Each dinner came with a large slice of Texas toast. We tried three of their house sauces, Texas hot, Kansas City sweet, and the Carolina mustard based sauce. All were very good; but, we used them sparingly to let the flavor of the meat come through. The few inside tables were clean and comfortable and the guys working made sure we had everything we needed. When it warms up we will use the outside tables. We will definitely be back on a Friday to try the burnt ends and Saturday for the beef ribs.
