Anyways, they were super busy and before the tow headed to their original call, they got my car first. Once they put my car in the shop, there was no BS, and I was out of there by 430. A MassDOT driver stopped to check on me and gave me Thomas' number from ADR Towing, saying he'd take good care of me. Thomas showed up quickly, was friendly, and genuinely concerned about my situation. He even looked under the hood and found the issue right away. Unfortunately, it couldn't be fixed on the spot, so he towed me to Eastside Classics (reviewed them as well), where he keeps his equipment. They got right to work on my car and had me back on the road within an hour. What really stood out was that Thomas went above and beyond--he could have just towed me, taken payment, and left it at that. Instead, he made sure I got real help, which saved me from scrambling for a rental the next morning. If you ever need a tow, I can't recommend Thomas and ADR Towing enough.

At that point he told well you can fix it yourself and hung up on me. My take away and advice...if you know what you're talking about don't use this mobile mechanic. He probably won't come anyway because he can't charge you tons of money.
