Thanks to this great service center…read more We've been on the road for more than a month and just out of the blue the directional signal doesn't work on travel trailer. We were able to find them easily on our way from Crater Lake to the Redwood National Park. Our service guy (sorry we didn't catch his real name) was diligent and kept looking for the problem. After several attempts he took everything apart and bingo.....two unattached wires. How these things happen who knows but the problem was found and we were back on the road. They were cordial and fit us in despite their all ready busy schedule.

Our Travelers agent suggested we postpone the purchase! After looking for over a year and living in a fifth wheel trailer, there was absolutely no way! I put out some online feelers and got a call from Heather at State Farm. They not only insured us but did so at a rate significantly less than the competition, had they even been willing to insure us. I eventually migrated my cars and umbrella policy to this company, also. Fast forward to 2026 and someone maliciously broke the windshield in my exotic car while in the Costco parking lot. There were only two companies who were willing to take on the job and Safelite was so ridiculously low I knew they had no clue. I contacted Heather with a quote from Novus and she filed a claim on my behalf. Novus contacted me and let me know they were in negotiations with the insurance company. A week later I received a call from Novus that they were at an impasse over the targets to calibrate the windshield. I immediately emailed Heather and within 15 minutes I got a return email telling me it was approved! I called Novus and told them to check in a couple of hours to make sure they could see it. A few hours later I received a call from Novus telling me that they had received a call for State Farm and all was a go. Katie at Novus told me this "never" happens and was very appreciative of whatever I did, which was basically nothing! This agency has more than earned my business and I have referred friends and neighbors to them for fire insurance and they, too, have been very happy. When we left I thought I grabbed the wrong Motorcoach. Jesse was so accommodating. The only time I heard the word "no" it was in front of the word "problem." We had lunch at a very nice restaurant walking distance from Henderson's. When we told our server why we were in Grants Pass she said many people who come intell her the same thing and they come from states all over the place to visit Henderson's. There's no doubt why.

I had to run an 8 gauge wire directly to the battery since it was not happy to share with the furnace since it was a bit of a voltage drop when blower starts up.
