Pros: They got the tires shipped to their location quickly. Once I arrived, it took them less than 30 mins to get me out of there! Con: I called asking for new tires & was quoted 250 per tire, installation included. Total with tax was 542. Wish I had him put that in writing. Only after installing the tires on my shiny new bmw did the total jump to 692. The price per tire now was 3-something. The same guy who quoted me 542 over the phone charged my card 692 in person. & some privacy act disallows AT&T from recording calls ‍. Still not a bad price, but it got me thinking... did he read the computer wrong, or did I just get swindled? read more

beware!!!! i bought two pirelli run flat tires from these guys a month ago which was $360 a tire! he said they have warranty for these tires when i bought them. now literally not even over a month after i got the new tire it bubbled because of a pothole (which clearly no one wants) so i called them to claim my warranty. i had called pirelli first and said pirelli run flat tires do have road hazard warranty and the store just needs to submit a very quick claim. when i called c&j he said "no i do not offer warranty and will not do that!! it's your fault why you hit a pothole in the first place". i was like wtf????? who wants to hit a pothole??? as if he's never hit a pothole in his life?!? never again from this fucking crappy shop!!!! beware!!!! read more

I hit a curb and got a flat tire. I called C and J, didn't need an appointment, and they were able to tell me they had my tire in stock, both new and used, and told me the prices right away. Freddy is a great guy and honest businessman---he told me a used tire would be better because my other tires were more worn and a brand new tire would make everything unbalanced. He could have easily sold me the more expensive new tire, but he didn't. I even called my home mechanic and he agreed that the used tire was the correct choice. The price was very reasonable. I really wanted to like this place. The reviews I saw complained about customer service but I didn't think I really cared so long as they could help but...yeah the customer service is awful. I went in with a flat and they told me they didn't have the right size tires for my car. And that was it, we don't have it, go away. They didn't offer to order it or anything just sort of waved me off. This was the second time I'd been there. The first time was a minor issue and they were able to help but, again, customer service was weak. They just don't really seem interested in helping people and you kind of feel like you're annoying them by bringing in all this business and money. read more

Very quick and courteous service! I brought a tire in to be repaired because it had a very slow leak. I planned on leaving it for the day, but they said they could look at it right away. It turned out the valve was leaking and the low-pressure sensor is part of the valve on my Toyota. He had a new sensor in stock so he replaced it and I was on my way in about 15 minutes. read more

These guys are phenomenal! I had a flat tire and had to use fix-a-flat to get me out of a parking lot and on the road. The next morning I had to start a long trip and knew I had to get it fixed first. Stopped into C&J and they literally dropped what they were doing and moved cars out of the way to get me in. I was in and out in 25 minutes and all it cost me is a $20 bill. Polite, professional, worked fast and understood my priorities. I walked into the shop and greeted everyone with a good afternoon gentlemen. Only one person responded with a 'what do you need'? I then asked if I should go somewhere else with the hope that the employees would turn around this rude transaction. Of course, no response. So I proceeded to ask about fixing a flat. The first person to speak gave me the information that I needed. After working on the flat, I asked if I could pay the person who first my tire and I was told no; I had to pay him and if I paid him then he, the owner/manager would charge me. I asked for his name but he refused to give it to me and said that he didn't 'care' about my reviews.
