I wish I could give no stars. I went today to ask for my tire to be checked. The owner Eddie said less than five words to me upon arrival. He completely took advantage of my being a woman who was there alone. I waited over 25 minutes when I was the only person there. I went outside and there was already a tire on my car, when I asked if the tire was new or what even done to my car the owner, Eddie, proceeded to tell me that I asked for a "brand new tire" when I never said that. My old tire was not checked at all. BEWARE WOMEN WHEN GOING HERE ALONE you will be completely taken advantage of by the owner Eddie! You will be charged the highest price possible, given HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and completely dismissed when you attempt to voice your concerns. Went to C&m tire on Yarborough to put some wheels on my C10. They put my truck on a lift and dropped it. I heard a long bang and they didn't report they had dropped my truck. They were trying to hurry so I could not notice. There was a guy holding my truck up on one of the pictures attached. I talked to the owner eddie and he said there was no damage even though I pointed out my damaged custom exhaust. He said "there's no damage and we have no insurance so leave. Never do business with people , they are unprofessional and they have no business insurance. I will be suing this company for thousands ds of dollars worth of damages. Eddie the owner is a liar and we will see you in court and you will produce your insurance or pay for my damages. I will not stop until everyone knows how you operate and probably take advantage of customers. read more

Went to this place after a bad experience with another mechanic I'm a young college student with zero knowledge of anything as far as my vehicles issues. I went in for brakes to be replaced they gave me a call and let me know at had issues with my suspension. At first I was concerned bc I've need scammed before but they made sure to explain to me the issue in a way that made sense and once I got my car back I could automatically feel the difference. These guys truly take care of they're customers and also have a great fun energy about them. Not to me time the price wasn't nearly as bad as it would have been at a dealership or other places. I've used C & M -Wedgewood for many years as my go to for tire repairs, sending the women in my family to get their tires fixed and replaced with confidence that the work will be done right and the price will not stop me from buying groceries. They change oil, but they are the best on tires. No one can touch them. The Yarbrough location is another issue altogether. read more

One of the worst shops I have seen. I took my Jeep to the Viscount location to have a lift kit installed. They quoted $300 and that the job will be done on 3 hrs. I drop the car at 9 am and et 5:45pm it wasn't done. Not only that they took it to another of their location without even telling me. Once I go to pick it up their excuse was that the lift kit had the wrong part and they had to order it and it will be at least 24 hrs until they get it. Pretty bad service got a product that they ask for half of the deposit. Even they get upset cause I asked for my car back and a refund. The real problem is they lack communication with their client. I have to recognize Eddie did apologize and refund me. But his nephew who was at the Viscount location definitely lacks customer service. Lesson learn I will keep taking my car to the dealership. read more

Eddie took care of my vehicle. He had given me a quote back in March of 2022 and well honestly I couldn't afford to do the very much needed job. It took me ten months to save and buy the parts I needed. His labor was reasonable for the job but again I needed to save to get my vehicle back on the road. I came back to him a few days ago with the parts since I had to save and buy them and Eddie could have took advantage of me, I mean most shops are there to make money on the sale of the parts and the labor. Unfortunately, I didn't have that luxury. He basically only charged me $100 more for the labor and he completely recommended I get the alignment done on my vehicle but again I could not afford that luxury right now. Besides I was using the same tires until I can get new ones. I have been referring him business but he doesn't know that. I found him to be genuine at the beginning when he was trying to help me. I don't think any less now. He did the job I needed on my vehicle and I'm out and about doing my thing. Thanks C&M and Eddie for not taking advantage of the situation. This shop was recommended by colleague. Went for new tire installation and an Alignment, they took almost 5 hours and were continuing to work on other vehicles that kept coming after I did. On the way home my one log my wheel caps flew off into the road so I had to pull over and grab it. I then checked the rest of them and they weren't even tightened only a couple threads on. Took my vehicle to a change of tire. Alex was helpful and attended me with no issues. At time of checking out, a young man was very dry and lack customer skills. Later, I returned because I had questions on the tire I had bought. Alex came to see what was wrong, however, his demeanor changed when I kept asking him to see what I was i seeing in the tire. That young man that had charged me earlier, walked out and Alex left me speaking to tell him I was claiming tire was wrong size, and walked away. That young man, then kept repeating theres nothing wrong with tires, again, without even looking at what I was pointing at. Rather of either of them would have provided customer service and patience to listen to my concern, instead they were extremely rude and lacked people skills and etiquette. Disgusted of both their personalities and their service. Never again will I go nor refer anyone to that place. read more

Went for an wheel alignment, was told that it would take two hours went back almost 3 hours later told me couldn't do the alignment because it needed $900.00 worth of other stuff. Told he tried calling me twice I showed him my phone and told him you didn't call me, He said I still have to charge you for checking out your truck I told him I didn't want it checked out I wanted an alignment if you couldn't or wouldn't do it find. He just walked away didn't show me the estimate and told the cashier to charge me the $30.00 for looking at it. I'll never go there again. read more

I love these guys, they always take care of everything I need and do it pretty quickly. The shop is always busy but they seem to get me in pretty quick. They have done a lot of work for me (and I could actual afford it!!! ) I am never in fear that they will mess something else up in order to get me to come back. Very confident in these folks!! I stopped by to replace a bad tire with a used one. One of the techs was very pushy and in a hurry. He didn't even show me the used tires so I could pick one out. The moron who installed the tire over inflated it. I checked it, and it was at 50 psi whereas the manufacturer calls for 44psi max. Avoid this shop. read more
