First, the technician never asked what base color I wanted. He also didn't clean or trim my cuticles, and when I politely asked why, he told me I needed to "schedule a manicure." That was confusing because my friend, who was seated right next to me, didn't schedule one either -- yet her technician took care of her cuticles without issue. I also pointed out that the polish on two of my nails came off but he completely ignored it. For $100 (nails and a pedicure with no color), I expected at least decent quality. Unfortunately, the end result looked rushed and unprofessional. After I paid with card the woman at the front kept saying "OK, bye" while I was trying to get my wallet out to take cash out for a tip , which came across as rude and dismissive. I still left a tip out of respect, but the overall experience made me regret coming here -- especially since I brought a friend for our first outing together. I paid for my friend because I felt bad for bringing her there in total it was $160 with tip Once a couple of new clients walked in, everything felt rushed and careless. We waited 30 min after our appt for Margery or frankly, anyone to show up. When I had my haircut with Margery 6 months ago, she was 20 min late. I never received a call to say she was going to be late. She does a great haircut but I will never go there again. Obviously my time and money are not valued by her.
