    Chad, your response only confirms the tone and attitude I experienced firsthand. Instead of taking accountability for your poor customer service, you doubled down with deflection and personal attacks. I wasn't "arguing," I was asking basic questions about shipping--questions that any business should be able to handle professionally. Your employee wasn't mistreated--I simply asked for clarification after getting vague and dismissive responses. Then you got on the phone and made it worse. You absolutely mentioned how time-consuming it would be to "custom make a box" and strongly implied the labor cost would make it unreasonable--then quoted "$80-$120" it was clear: you didn't want to bother with it, and you spoke to me like my business didn't matter. Calling out poor service is not "lying." It's giving other potential customers a heads-up. If this is how you treat people who ask legitimate questions, I stand by every word of my review. Instead of accusing your customers of dishonesty, maybe take a hard look at how you're running your business. His attitude fits his name perfectly. What a "CHAD" ----- CHAD is Absolutely terrible with his customer service skills. His name suits his attitude perfectly. lol. Chad (The owner) was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. I tried to buy a simple pair of lightweight ski poles online so I called for the shipping price and asked straightforward questions about their shipping process. Instead of helpful answers, I got cut off repeatedly and talked down to. He said he doesn't like to ship items that are very used, even though I saw the photos and accepted the beat up condition of the poles. He then (created another excuse) and bizarrely claimed it would take 45 minutes to make a box and wanted to charge me $80-$120 for labor--just to ship ski poles. He insisted they "ship all the time," but clearly haven't figured out how to do it efficiently. Shipping should've been $15-$26, not a full-blown meltdown. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else. I can get the same poles on EBay for only $12-$28 shipping cost. What a lazy joke this guy is.

    I love a local business, and this one rocks! I'm mostly interested in the golf, and their selection is similar to other similar stores like Play It Again Sports, however the pricing here is excellent! Go out of your way to visit the location West of the 51 at Northern at 12th St.

    These guys and gals are great! I've bought countless gently used items to help my kids get started in a new sports. This season is softball. It's expensive to outfit your kid for a new sport like softball but we were able to get her a glove $20 , bat ($65 this was the only new item and since I saved elsewhere it felt like a fun splurge) , bat bag $12 and helmet for $20. Pants and belts were new and less expensive than Amazon. This is my first stop for all sporting equipment hands down. And...an awesome selection of Goodr Sunglasses.

    I had about given up hope of getting a new treadmill for my home. I bought one online and had a…read moredelivery service scheduled to dismantle and remove the old treadmill and install the new one. They took one look at the old treadmill and said it was too old to dismantle. I cancelled the order but had to pay several hundred dollars in restocking fees. A few months ago I purchased a treadmill at the local sports "superstore" and set up a delivery date that was approximately 2 weeks out. In the meantime, I contracted a local installer to have the old treadmill dismantled and removed and the new one installed. I gave him pictures of the old treadmill and the model number of the new one so there would be no surprises. On the day of delivery, no one from the 'superstore" showed up during the delivery window. When I called the store and talked to a manager, she said that they would probably not be out that day. I asked her if she could assure delivery the next day since I had the installation scheduled a day later. She said she couldn't guarantee when or if it would ever be delivered. Then they made me come to the store in person for a refund. When I went to At-Home Fitness in Scottsdale, I was immediately greeted by two associates. After giving me time to browse, Jaime assisted me by showing me the features on several machines. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After I selected a machine, she said that a delivery set-up email would be coming to me in a day or two. The delivery price, which was very reasonable, included delivery and set up of the new treadmill, dismantling and removal of the old treadmill, and three people for the job since the treadmill was on the second floor. I received the e-mail the following day and set up the delivery for three days later. On the day of delivery, which had a 3 hour window, Brandon, Joni, and Joe showed up like clockwork. They had no trouble dismantling and removing the old treadmill, installed the new one, and showed me the major features. This process was entirely painless and restored my faith in customer service. I would recommend using At-Home Fitness for any home exercise equipment.

Brandon was the employee that had helped me out and showed me a couple different machines and workout accessories. I ultimately ended up settling on a tredmil! Brandon was kinda and very knowledgable about the all the equipment in the store. He went over the warranty information with me and answered any other questions/concerns I had. The only thing that I had an issue with was the distance fee. I am already paying $300 for delivery and set up but due to the 46 mile distance I was charged an additional $40.

Before placing the order I called to confirm the condition of the bike I was purchasing. I was told that they have several that were overstock and new in box. I trusted the person I spoke with and then found the reviews on yelp. I was mortifide. I got an amazing deal at about $500 for a Technogym commercial grade cycle. I thought for sure it would come beat up, missing pieces, scratched, dented, you name it. This was absolutely not the case. The bike came brand new in the box, as promised. Mind you, not everything they sell, is brand new, but I was told it would be, and it was. Shipping, tracking, communication were kind of clunky, but not a bad experience overall. The reason I'm giving them four stars and not five is because albeit new, the bike is a previous year model than the one they have pictured on their website. The flywheel isn't fully enclosed, different pedals, slightly different colorway, but nothing that would take away from my cycling experience. I would absolutely buy something else from this company.

Instead of taking responsibility, Chester Spychala told us to "Just loosen a few screws" to fix it ourselves, as if that would magically repair defective equipment. Of course, it didn't. After repeated follow-ups, we were told Chester was no longer with the company. No accountability. No resolution. Just excuses. We have screenshots, photos, videos clearly showing the damage, yet their solution was to charge us $149 to have someone come out and "inspect" the equipment they sent out defective in the first place. Charging customers to look at your own mistake is beyond unreasonable. This company does not stand behind its products and clearly does not value its customers. Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Shop elsewhere. Below is the last email I got from a manager after I threatened to take them to small claim court. "I understand your position. However, legal threats do not change the fact that our warranty covers broken or defective parts only. The unit was inspected and confirmed to be in proper working condition before leaving our facility, so a refund or replacement does not apply under our policy." "The only option available remains a technician visit, which carries the standard service fee of $149. Beyond this, there are no additional resolutions we can offer."

I called to make sure that they had the gun in stock, I spoke with Ismael (I'm sorry, friend I hope I spelled your name right). He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. When I showed up to the store, he recognized me from our conversation and came right over to help me. This guy knows his stuff. I was surprised to find out that there was a sale, and it was much cheaper than Amazon! Definitely a valuable employee and I hope he is recognized and well taken care of. I know the district manager for this place as well, his name is Seth Blum and he's a great guy. Super friendly and personable and great at his job. This place is fun, I hope they stick around... If you haven't been in go give them a shot... It reminds me of Popular.. that was a camping/outdoor place back in the early to mid 90s.     I have a Kaiser M5 Elliptical in my home that I did not purchase from At-Home…read more The unit is about 5-6 yrs old and was starting to click and make odd noises. I contacted Kaiser and we tried to troubleshoot via email, texts and video but to no avail. I started looking for local exercise equipment repair techs and came across about 4-5 of them including At-Home. They were the only one to actually answer the phone and provide a response. I was told I'd hear back in 1-2 business days and I did. I heard from Chad to schedule and he had Seth come to my home the following day. Seth came by and dis-assembled the unit and saw that the belt was beginning to shred and identified that as the issue. I ordered a new belt and a week later Seth returned to install the new belt. It seemed fine when he left and the next day we used it and heard a rubbing sound. I contacted Seth and he came by later that day and noticed it was rubbing against the outer case. He made some adjustments and now it's good as new. Been using it for two weeks and no issues at this time. Thank you Chad and Seth for taking care of us. P.S. none of the other repair places ever returned my phone calls. I have a gym in my garage and will always call At-Home for any needed repairs.
