I have a Kaiser M5 Elliptical in my home that I did not purchase from At-Home. The unit is about 5-6 yrs old and was starting to click and make odd noises. I contacted Kaiser and we tried to troubleshoot via email, texts and video but to no avail. I started looking for local exercise equipment repair techs and came across about 4-5 of them including At-Home. They were the only one to actually answer the phone and provide a response. I was told I'd hear back in 1-2 business days and I did. I heard from Chad to schedule and he had Seth come to my home the following day. Seth came by and dis-assembled the unit and saw that the belt was beginning to shred and identified that as the issue. I ordered a new belt and a week later Seth returned to install the new belt. It seemed fine when he left and the next day we used it and heard a rubbing sound. I contacted Seth and he came by later that day and noticed it was rubbing against the outer case. He made some adjustments and now it's good as new. Been using it for two weeks and no issues at this time. Thank you Chad and Seth for taking care of us. P.S. none of the other repair places ever returned my phone calls. I have a gym in my garage and will always call At-Home for any needed repairs. read more

There were a lot to choose from, and we had specific things we wanted in the treadmill. Justin Peck was at the store and he took the time to walk us through each model, describing each in detail. My husband was looking to purchase weights and I knew exactly where he could find them. During the COVID-19 pandemic we could not find weights anywhere in stores or on line. I happen to be at San Tan mall and saw the At Home Fitness store and decided to stop in. They had what I was looking for in stock and I went home with them that day. Just purchased a multi-functional trainer from At- Home. After reading many reviews about the product on Amazon, I searched and found out there was a local dealer in my area. The store was well merchandised, the sales person was knowledgable and helpful. Pricing was better than Amazon btw. I arranged delivery and set up. Yesterday they installed my trainer and everything was perfect. Joe and Joni did an excellent job, were on time, communicated well and walked me through the various settings on the unit. We were thinking about buying a used home gym so we went in to see if they thought it was a good deal. The really educated us about the pro's and con's involved and we ended up buying a bran new machine with their store! We are so happy with it! I will decide after they deliver my treadmill whether to change this rating or not. Tony there helped me and my husband out, he was very knowledgable, approachable, and friendly, got us a cup of water and even interacted with my baby. He knew everything and was not pushy. We bought the treadmill, which we hoped would be delivered next day--the whole reason we made the trip out--to get started on walking in the air-conditioned in doors. Alas, Tony informed me that it would not be next day and while I was disappointed, my overall experience was good enough to let it pass. The next day I received a email asking me to let them know my correct number as someone had taken it down wrong. I both called and emailed them and finally got someone to take down the correct phone number but no one contacted me that day to schedule a delivery. The next day someone called but by that time they had filled up and would not be able to deliver till Monday, almost a whole week after my purchase! I had to call and voice my frustration and threatened this Yelp review, since the delivery guy was kind enough to state that "they fill up fast appointment wise". maybe that's why they should have taken my phone number right, and then called me back the same day I called to correct it? I was going to go pick it up after that and we informed them, but then we were leaving town for the weekend, so we called to let them know. They had cancelled our Monday delivery already and were now going to have to rebook for another later date! I did some light scolding and accepted defeat. The next day I received a call that they would intact deliver on Monday-they were able to squeeze me back in. Anyway, I digress. If all goes well with delivery I will raise this rating to a four--maybe. We were going to go back to these guys for other equipment, but probably not now. read more

A very clean and courteous store. No pressure to purchase anything. We were allowed to try the ellipticals and Mike the sales associate was patient and knowable in answering all of our messages. The delivery team was punctual, attentive, efficient, and considerate. They explained how to use the machine and were very personable. The staff in Ahwatukee was very knowledgeable about their equipment and spent a lot of time going over the differences of all the different functions of their eliptical trainers. We were very pleased with the service we received. The only issue I had was when the equipment was delivered they did not have the owners manual and could not find one. They had to order one. Not a huge deal because the manuals are available online, but still nice to have. read more

Excellent knowledge, top brands and a no-pressure sales approach are what make At Home Fitness my go-to exercise equipment store. Recently I was in the market to replace my aging treadmill but was uncertain about exactly what I wanted. Grant at the Gilbert store spent a lot of time showing me various options in both treadmills and upright bikes without once pressuring me to make a decision right then. He did mention several pricing specials that were happening and even followed up with a phone call after confirming the price on one particular treadmill model that I was interested in. In the end I went with an upright bike. Delivery and set-up was prompt and efficient. At Home Fitness is amazing! I received EXCELLENT service from Mike @ the Gilbert location. I will admit I was a tough customer with many questions about treadmills both in person and on the phone. Mike was knowledgable, professional, honest and very patient. He spent much time explaining each treadmill (pros/cons) and what he thought would be the best fit for me and my husband. Although it took me a month to make a decision, not once did I feel pressured to purchase during that time. Once a decision was made we set up delivery and let me tell you, the warehouse employees were amazing! They as well were professional, respectful and made sure I knew how everything worked on the treadmill before they left my home.
