My insurance company dispatched them to tow my car and they never showed up. They called and…read moreconfirmed the address and said they'd be here "within 20 minutes." They never contacted me again after that to update their status or to confirm the location. 70 minutes later, I call them back twice and they don't answer their phone. I called my insurance company to get an update and found that they claimed that they completed the job 20 minutes after initial contact. So there I am, 70 minutes after initial contact expecting a tow truck only to learn that everyone thinks that the job was completed 50 minutes ago, all because this company fraudulently claimed that was the case.
