We found this restaurant when vacationing. We had such a great experience the first night, we went back the next. Houston was our waiter the first night and really made our experience phenomenal. He gave us insight on the restaurant & some top favs. We started with fried pickles, grouper bites, and smoke tuna dip. Everything was delicious and plenty to share with 5 of us. I never accepted this order because we are too busy and this is why I hate Uber Eats." This manager, says he was the owner, never offered an apology or any credible ways to help remedy the situation & apparently can't handle a busy restaurant but managed to handle the to go order of the woman who came in after me pretty easily. Absolute worst service in all of PCB!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. We made a reservation 3 days in advance for New Years Eve, we were told "limited" menu. The day of the reservation we received a confirmation text which had a required response to confirm reservation acknowledging we knew menu was limited. We arrive at 7pm, no mention that they'd already run out of 1/2 of their 6 item menu. We sit down and order drinks, still no mention. 20min later, "oh by the way" we are out of half our menu. I ask when they ran out and their response is 6pm so you ran out of 1/2 of dinner at 6pm and didn't think you should text anyone that? Or mention it when we walked in?? They barely apologized, never offered a gift card or even a dessert for ruining our entire evening. So at 7:30pm on New Years Eve we had to try to find somewhere to go without a reservation. Awful way to run a business. We were glad we did and have been back several times since. I ordered the grouper, blackened with the brussel sprouts and fontana grits. They fish was too salty, and my grits undersalted. I tried eating both together but it got to the point I couldn't finish my fish. It made me wonder if they use pre-made Cajun seasoning vs using their own. My friend ordered Mahi, and said hers wasn't too salty, but the parietal cream sauce it came with was. The Brussels were good, and the hot rolls with soft butter yummy. Also ordered a cocktail, and was disappointed to get a simple 8oz cocktail with ice for $11. Wasn't worth the price. Service was wonderful. Waitreas very attentive and helpful with the menu.
