EMPLOYEE SCAMMED ME! I went in today to get my iPhone screen repaired. I was offered a $70 (off-brand) and $110 (Apple) option and I asked for the $70 screen. After replacing the screen, I gave him a $100 bill and waited for my change. He said I owed $110. I told him I asked for the cheaper option and he said, "this one is better" and refused to give me my change. He was a bit intimidating and because he already had my money, I gave him the final $10. I should've insisted on my money back. I didn't want the $110 screen and just because he made a mistake I shouldn't have had to pay an extra $40. I would have happily waited if he changed the screens again. The point is I wanted the $70 screen. To be honest, I'm not even sure he put the more expensive screen on my phone. Considering I specifically asked for the $70 one, he might have simply pocketed the $40. This is shady business practice and people need to know to not be scammed into overpaying for expensive services they did not ask for. I came here to get IPhone screen fixed. I didn't have much contact with the guy. I think his mom was the one helping us and boy, can you tell when someone is money hungry. She wasn't a people person and was very pushy on selling phone accessories. A few days later, I had problems with the home button. It eventually stopped working. read more

Great service!!! The two gentlemen that look care of me 10min before closing was so nice and accommodating and also quick they fixed my phone in 20min. Don't use! Not recommended! Came here to repair my Note 8 and I paid a few hundred dollars. My LCD was cracked, had it replaced. Phone worked fine. Took the phone on vacation and somehow the phone was wet. (possibly water on a table, it went through the speakers, according to the owner) LCD went out again during my vacation. The Samsung Note 8 is waterproof up to 5 feet of water. I should have been advised if the phone did not have the proper SEAL installed. All legitimate cell phone repair places use a water seal and guarantee their work. This could have possibly ruined my motherboard for not placing the proper seal. I work in the tech industry and I have also consulted other cell phone repair places and this is not acceptable. He said he could repair my screen for ANOTHER $240. Unacceptable, and I will a file claim against this phone repair shop. read more

This place is amazing fast service super friendly and they had a really hard to find screen that other shops were telling me "I would have to wait days for the order to come in before I could get it fixed" and this guy had me in and out in less than an hour with the brand New screen and a really nice case and screen protector the price was extremely reasonable cheaper than everybody else too I highly recommend this place I went 30 minutes out of my way to get here and I was worth it read more

Great Service!! My internal speakers of my MacBook was not working and being a college student I have a budget . So $69 cash upfront to repair both speakers was a great deal. Great and fast service. The owner is nice and welcoming. I had to get my IPhone 7 screen replaced, he let me know my options cost wise and it was done within 30mins. I was able to cash in the promo for a free screen protector by checking in via Yelp. I was able to find a case that suited me and bonus was that the ring case I got has a magnet that works with my phone port for my car! Only down fall was that the case doesn't fit the camera for some reason. But I should have checked that before purchasing it. Just a tip, bring cash for form of payment. Ok, it was a 5 now it's 3, I literally just got the screen fixed two days ago, I dropped my phone from not very high and my screen is shattered again. Let me explain that I understand I dropped my phone but I have had this phone for two years and even before then I have never shattered a screen until the first time my phone fell on tile(it was inevitable) but for my phone to be cracked again from falling on plastic and it has a case and a screen protector I'm frustrated. I did a screen replacement for an iPhone 8S+ and only charged me $70 which is the cheapest place I could find. Super quick, I dropped off my phone, went to get a haircut and come back to pick it up. Regular screen is the same as the apple screen as I can see so far, got a free screen protector as well. A tad bit off center but definitely WAY better than I would've done it and I'm not complaining because the quality is GREAT! Nice people too :) definitely come here. read more

I have come twice to get my 6s repaired and they were fast and did a great job. He took time to make sure everything was to my liking. 1st time it was repaired due to water damage and everything worked well again. Came here to get a replacement screen for my Iphone X which costed me $87. Had some problems and realized i chose the wrong scree(needed an OLED but chose LCD). Came in he next day and asked to change to OLED. They said it was fine as long as there were no damages to the replacement and only charged me the difference for he OLED. Not even a week the screen is cracked from side to side, right around the front top speaker!!! I return to the location only to be told that they are not responsible and won't replace it for free! I reiterated that it's not even been a week, at which point I was told "sir, I don't care if it was only half an hour, or an hour. You left and it was fixed. I don't know what you did or how you cracked it again, but the best I can do is give you a discount." I sarcastically inquired of the charge & was told $30. I brought my phone in to get it to get fixed because the headphone pi for got stuck inside the headphone jack, the phone was working perfectly fine besides not being able to hear calls or listen to music because the phone registered it as headphone being plugged in. We were told that it would take 20 minutes to fix, after an hour of the man clearly struggling to fix the phone he comes out and tells me that the phone is having a software problem and it isn't turning on. Long story short, i came in with a phone that was having a small problem but was still usable, and ended up with a completely broken phone.
