Came here after dropping my phone & screen completely shattered, I didn't want to spend too much $$ since Im on a contract and will be upgrading soon. This place gave me a very reasonable price so gave them a chance which was the biggest mistake ever! First of all they have an offer on yelp where it states that for any service you'll receive a free screen protector or a charger, which is a complete lie after getting my screen fixed I asked about the offer and the man said that's only after a $50. Service which that's not what the offer states... it clearly states "ANY phone repair" anyways not worth arguing, second of all after my phone shattered it was still working perfectly fine, I had no issues with it until I had the screen replaced, now my phone freezes, it starts acting crazy I try to type a phone # it starts typing a lot of #'s at the same time, and many other issues that I never had before replacing the screen. In other words this place is shady while I was waiting about 3 previous unhappy customers walked in complaining about issues that they were having with their phones. I got my screen fixed here recently, and right after my phone had so many problems, the screen was lagging, the touch screen didnt work, everything was all messed up... I have an iPhone 6s so I went to apple to see if they could fix it and they checked it out to see what was wrong with it & keep in mind I only got my screen replaced once which was at c tech repair & the apple worker said that whoever fixed my screen had taken out parts of the inside of my iPhone and replaced it with fake ones so basically this guy stole parts of my iPhone. I would not recommend this place to anyone, he probably does this to many people.... read more

It's fast and way cheaper than other prices I've been offered around. Only 75$ for a new screen and home button. Every where else always costed more than 90$. I brought my iPhone 5s in because my rear camera wasn't working, and my screen was lifted for some reason from another shops' mistake. The employees at C-Tech quickly found the problems (my camera was disconnected and a faulty battery was making my screen lift) and fixed them in about a half hour while I waited there. They were friendly, fast, and did not try to push me to buy anything I didn't need. About $35 at the end (not sure of the price breakdown between the new battery and the labor). I am very grateful and happy with my experience here. read more

Took two phones to get repaired here for cracked screens. Both phones have Touch ID and it stopped working when we returned. I turned one phone off then back on, which solved the touch the ID;however the phone will spazz randomly now. When I text, the touch isn't accurate or it will start acting as if something is touching it but I'm not. This is just frustrating. The next phone was a mess though, to fix the touch ID we decided to do the same by turning it off. It will now not turn on. At all. We tried to update or restore it through iTunes and even took it to a different store but they said nothing can be done. We have had 0 issues until we got the screen fixed. Now we need to buy an entirely new phone. Don't go here, not worth the risk. read more

Went to go fix my iPhone 6 Plus mic and it was $45. Great service and the repair was quick. But the only thing now is that my audio jack acts up. Never had a problem with it before I went to go fix it. I had earbuds that I had for a while and every time I would put my earbuds in the audio jack it, you hear a cracking sound at first I thought it was just my earbuds because I had them for a while and turns out that all of the sudden they popped? So I bought some other ones and same problem. I'm certainly on my 3rd earbuds and same problem they just haven't popped yet. And I know it's the audio jack for sure because me and my brother have iPhones and when I connect the aux to the car. It sounds low and only the left speakers of the car works. I tested the same aux cable with my brothers phone and with his it works perfectly. read more
