Went back to address the situation due to warranty and the shop was closed up and still has never opened back up again. He literally robbed us of our money and closed up shop. Documents say there's a warranty but we can't even get ahold of the shop. We're from the bastrop area and relocated to houston so to trust a bastrop mechanic and get robbed here in houston by one too is very unfortunate. But I declined a service they suggested I get that cost nearly $900. I wanted to get a second opinion. I went to Heights Mobile on 18th St. they diagnosed what T & S said I needed and they said I didn't need that at all. T & S also quoted a front end alignment for $149.95. I also declined this service. I instead got it done at Monterey Tire Shop where it was only $69. Needless to say, I will never go back to this automotive center. A free diagnostic check is not always free. They seem to always find something. On a sidenote, most businesses would thank their clients for good reviews and remark on bad reviews, but this business does not do that. They stay completely silent. Beware.

He explained each step of the process, the expected timeline, and even offered me coffee. About 45 minutes into the alignment, Frank called me over to let me know that because of the prior work done on my SUV, some issues needed to be fixed before he could properly complete the alignment.
