I had a bacon and cheddar waffle warmed up to eat and it was perfectly filled with bits of cheddar and bacon and very balanced! Not greasy and a great light bite to eat. I also ordered a dark chocolate covered and matcha covered waffle to go. They had the perfect texture, a tad chewy (just how we like it) with a light coating of the matcha and chocolate. There are a few tables to grab a seat in their bright shop to eat and I saw they have a nice waffle menu for breakfast/brunch/lunch plus an assortment of other goodies to order like quiches, tarts, croissants and sandwiches. It was a calm environment and you can grab a seat by the window to read a book or work on your laptop a bit if you're coming solo. Of course you can also grab your standard coffee shop drinks as well to accompany your treats. Staff were friendly in answering my questions and it was a great first experience. I'll be back!

I even replied back and nothing. We own and run several business in lower mainland and in United States and this customer service from Unni Pastries is trash. At least you can do is reply back and apologize? For wasting time when I specifically told you it's for family and friends flying into town for a funeral burial. Will never use their business again. I highly suggest Mello. They replied and helped me out last minute. Shame on you! Learn how to run a business and treat customers esp previous customers who were supporting the business and fellow Krn but it's clear the new owner doesn't care about the customer or quality it's all about quantity. Maybe my 39 donuts which I offered to pay extra for time and packaging wasn't large enough but money is money. Especially during this time and economy. You should've at least replied back and even tried asking us to do pickup as the restaurant is down the road. Do better! When I told the owner I was unhappy with it and wanted a refund, they changed their website description instead, and have denied to give me a refund. They wouldn't even have the decency to offer an explanation of why the cake was missing half of the proclaimed ingredients, even after weeks of asking them via email and phone attempts. Their refund policy is obviously false- if they won't give someone a refund for falsely advertising their products, they never will. I am left feeling so scammed and disrespected.
