One man, Arturo, came out and did the work. He was very efficient and did an outstanding job. I've hired other window cleaning companies in the past and they always send two people to do the job. Arturo did a better job in less time than other companies that send two people! I had many questions which were answered promptly and Carl asked me several questions about my job. His quote over the phone was reasonable for the work involved and he ended up charging me a little less when he saw the actual job :-) Even though we were very flexible in terms of the scheduling, Carl did his best to squeeze us in as soon as possible. I had a very good experience with Carl and his team. We set up an appointment over the phone to clean the windows, and I got an email reminder as requested the day before to remind me. The windows look great, and the job was done fast and professionally. I would have given 5 stars, except that we decided to also clean the 9 screens in the sunroom during the day when I was at work, I shut my cats into the house (they usually go in and out of the sunroom freely), and Carl called that afternoon that he had forgotten the appointment. We rescheduled for that weekend, his worker was there before the scheduled time, and did a terrific job of removing the large screens, cleaning them, removing the spiderwebs and dirt around the openings, and replacing them. Carl was extremely professional - he and his team washed all the windows in my home, inside and out, for a reasonable price. I had to rush off to an appointment, and I even left Carl to let himself out, which is how much I felt I could trust him. If you are looking to clean your gutters or your windows I would definitely recommend CA Window cleaning. Carl does an excellent job, not just with the cleaning but with the appointment, reminders, giving estimates etc. He even came over just to estimate (free), although at that time, I was not sure I was going to hire him for the cleaning, and in fact I told him I thought his rates were somewhat steep. However, you do get what you pay for. The gutters had not been cleaned in a while and it was full of dirt, had to be cleaned and flushed.
