This company is the absolute best. They are probably the most honest, reliable, and fair cost repair shop I have ever dealt with. Recently had a "check engine" issue and they could have told me almost anything was the issue. They could have told me it was the " flux capacitor" and I would have believed them. The repair didn't cost as much as I thought it might since a "check engine" could be so may different things. AND they had it fixed the next day before lunch. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT let anyone in your family that is a female or is elderly use this business for even the simplest of jobs, because they (Vince) will take advantage of them at first opportunity!! He pulled a scam on my elderly mother-in-law during a routine oil change by scaring her into replacing her FUNCTIONING battery. A battery I might add that was clearly originally gotten through AAA. Instead of doing "the right thing" by offering his "experienced opinion/advice" and suggest she contact AAA with regards to her battery (still under AAA warranty), he simply saw the opportunity to make a (non-honest) buck on an elderly woman with a fixed income. My mother-in-law HAD been patronizing this business for many years and still Vince had the audacity to scam her like ge did..... Nice job Vince, you just lost business from a longtime, trusting and loyal customer! Maybe you should try and gain a conscience because buddy, KARMA is a bitch!! Again I say this to other Yelpers; if you're going to patronize this business please, PLEASE, BEWARE!!!! p.s. These guys did a great job with an alignment and tire balance on a classic Jeep truck that I brought in. Price was about 60% of what the specialty Jeep shops wanted for the same thing. They also balanced the tires with the stick-on weights which kept the rims looking good. Will definitely use them again. read more

I took my Jeep into CAARS for the first time on June 19th. My brakes were squeeking loudly and I assumed I needed the brake pads replaced. I was pleasantly surprised to learn from the CAARS team that my pads did not need replacement at all. They explained to me that since my Jeep isn't being driven as much lately due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the brakes are making noise. So the company responded to my review which now I'm glad i left a review because I was initially hesitant. Goes to show that they do not take responsibility for their own mistakes. I spent over $1,800 at this place and they're telling me that it won't fix my problem. Well i added/replaced the things they suggested and that still didn't fix the problem. I was going to leave it alone and just not use them ever again, but when picking up my jeep i noticed a center cap for my rim was missing. I asked them if they saw it and they looked around and said no. I drove off and another flew off so i checked the remaining 2 and they literally came off with just my hands. Now they commented said they were plastic and blah blah blah. Plastic or not, they didn't take responsibility and that's why I'm leaving a review to show my appreciation. I hope you guys change your ways. Next time have your guys not over tighten plastic things because they do crack. read more
