The first time, they couldn't find my warranty because I had purchased the car at Round Rock Honda instead of Leander Honda. They gave me issues with it over and over again. The second time I came here was fine. The third time, there was an issue where they left me without my keys and ignored me for a long time. Now, this visit is yet another service issue. I have an extended warranty that includes tire coverage and more. I came in the other day to get my oil changed and waited for two and a half hours, which was fine because I expected that. However, about 10 minutes after I left, my tire pressure light came on. I stopped to get gas, and it turned off shortly after, so I assumed it was nothing. The next day, it came back on and stayed on. I called them, and they told me I could come in anytime without an appointment. They said they would fix it, check all the tires, and that it would be a quick process. When I arrived, the staff member told me I would be there for a while, which is ridiculous considering I had already waited two and a half hours the other day and now have to wait again. I don't think it would bother me as much if this were the first issue I've had with them, but since it's clearly not, I'm very upset. I will not be returning here, and I will never purchase a car from Leander Honda. I will be going to Round Rock from now on, even though it's farther away, because the service is much better, the people are much nicer, and they don't waste your time.

You have to get out of your car and walk inside the building to check in. No biggie. Unlike Toyota Cedar Park and Yost II Automotive, William A. did not require me to bring my car in every 5k miles for a synthetic oil change. He said it would be closer to 7500 miles when the A or B light comes on. One is for oil and the other is for oil and cabin filter. He also said the "1" light is for tire rotation. I'm happy to have found a Honda dealership with integrity!

I'd had someone else work on it and he wouldn't help me because he said he had a "open case" policy where if someone else had been working on it he would t touch it. He was very busy, had a least a dozen European cars lined up outside so I guess he didn't need ghr business. That's quite a "policy". I guess if you've had someone else work on something they didn't fix you can't go there.
