I checked out a few different places, between Orland, Mokena, and Bolingbrook and happened to stop in at Factory's location in Midlothian. I found that they have access to the same Ashley line I was looking at, at a much better price. I ended up getting a couch from them, too, also at a great price and my entire experience left nothing to be desired. There was a slight hiccup in the process with the manufacturer, no one's fault on either side but issues do happen, but Avanti handled it immediately and professionally. Their delivery team is top notch as well - super friendly and very careful! I tell all my family and friends to go to Avanti if they're looking for furniture. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

She again wasn't listening and continued to over talk with the lies talking to the mysterious someone else in background saying yeah it's on the truck it's coming! What a joke! Now I've called my banks to stop payments and guess what they want to set a date! Oh it's here! We want to deliver! You know it take 6-8weeks someone should've told you that! I left a message to cancel and now they want to charge me a 33% restocking fee! Wow! It's also funny that they started calling when I put those disputes in with my bank! They've should've been honest from the beginning and I could've took my business elsewhere! I have phone records to prove you started calling me in June! Leaving messages to deliver on June 12th! That's way over the eight weeks! Again that's not what was promised in the beginning! Damn I forgot what the kitchen set looks like! How about since you were late you give me a 33% discount! No I will also report this to the State's Attorney if I have to! This is bad business! Next time be upfront with your customers about the timeline!

While the delivery team was very respectful of my property and professional, later that day, I noticed a chunk of wood had been chipped off the front leg. I filed a claim with the maintenance plan. The plan denied the claim as they don't cover delivery. I get that. A day or two later, I got a call from my sales associate, checking on our satisfaction with our purchase. I mentioned the damage and she set customer service in motion! Within a few hours, I got a call requesting photos, a call to schedule a technician, and two days later a skilled technician was able to set and glue the missing chunk and then color the edges. I felt like I was being treated like family as it was evident that my satisfaction was the priority. All this was at no additional charge to me! Well done, Penny Mustard!
